Other than having to wait a bit (as they are really busy and far from my parents home) They came out and were done replacing the window in no time. Very professional and quickly done. Well GLASSHOPPERS finished the new windows installation and wrapping…read more The crew did an outstanding job. They were challenged by some tricky window A/C units but they exceeded all expectations. The depth of the casement window units were a bit larger than the new, so we will have to touch up paint about a quarter inch around the opening, but really the woodwork is overdue a fresh coat of paint so no big deal at all. The crew cleaned up as they went and were very neat and orderly. I recommend Glasshoppers for the following reasons: 1. They did what they said they were going to do. 2. They showed up on time and were professional and pleasant. 3. They cleaned as they went. 4. The product and installation was quality. 5. The price for the 14 windows, including labor on the window a/c 's was significantly better than the guys who show up at your door offering a today only bargain. 6. And they are local, so should something go wrong it is a 3 minute drive to speak to the owner! Thanks guys, you made me look like a hero to the wife!

Brownings Windows, Doors, & More is an excellent company to work with! This is a fully family owned…read moreand operated company. Ronnie and Missy have been excellent to work with. They made several trips to my mom's house with color samples, measuring, and even with a mini window display for a full demonstration of the window so she could easily ensure herself this was the brand of window she wanted. Every meeting with Ronnie was as scheduled. He was always punctual and flexible with my schedule. We had 10 windows removed and replaced all in one day with the temperature in the 40's and snow on the grown. Every piece of debris, packaging, and garbage was cleaned up and removed from the property. Ronnie even pays attention to the little details like ensuring the calk matched the trim. I can not say enough about this company and our overall experience! I will use them again on future projects. Ronnie and Missy, thank you for a job well done!

Short version: My $355 glass replacement turned into an $1800 glass replacement…read more Long version: I am giving a two star review and not a one star review because the two women who work at the front desk were very polite and responsive. The delivery team of two men was also kind and professional however the glass maker was probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I called All Star Glass to see what their typical wait time for replacing a piece of glass was and they notified me 24-48 hours. After reading the Google reviews it seemed that this was the norm for them. This was important to me because I dropped the glass off on a Monday and needed it by the latest Thursday because I had a flight out of Nashville at the end of the week. I also didn't want to not have a front window for my living room for the entire week especially when I was not there. No worries however because I was told it would be done Tuesday. After receiving no update on my glass, I called them back and was told it would be done the next day (Wednesday). After again receiving no update on Wednesday, I called again and was told it would be done Thursday. By the time Thursday rolled around I called back and was told it would be done Friday even though I made it clear early in the week that I had a flight to catch. When I called Thursday, the woman at the front desk handed the phone over to the glass maker who immediately started yelling and getting very angry, telling me that NO ONE told me the glass would be done in 24-48 hours (just read the other comments. This seems to be the norm) and that HE told me it would be done Friday (I would have never agreed to this in the first place considering I had a flight and wouldn't be able to get the glass on Friday). The glass maker continuously called me a liar, yelling at me, threatening to hang up and not make the glass, saying that no one told me 24-48 hours despite the fact that I was told MULTIPLE times that this is how long the order would take. I tried being cordial as I shared my frustrations of needing to now change my flight but the glass maker didn't care, continuing to throw personal jabs and calling me a liar, referring me to the worst customer he has ever dealt with. Every time I tried calming him down (because I really did need the glass) he continued throwing personal shots at me. Very unprofessional. $355 for glass and $1500 later for having to change flights at the last second, the glass is installed. I would strongly recommend that the owner of All Star Glass gets a new glass maker as the current one is not well.

DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY!…read more This company has very poor customer service. For the past 3 years, I have been trying to get them to replace a broken window they installed 7 years ago. I planned on paying for it and all I got from Steve Thurman was excuses. The quality of the windows installed is absolutely the poorest. They were supposed to be Low-E windows and were told they are "good" windows. Not so! 7 years later I now have to hunt down the manufacturer and see if there is any recourse without suing them and Window Guyz. Steve at Window Guys never returns phone calls and has no interest in standing behind or assisting in any way since they got paid. It's as if we don't exist. Of the 11 windows installed in our sunroom, at least half are failing - broken seals and cloudy glass. Buyer beware...don't make the mistake we did! If I could rate them "0" I would
