We could not tell what was wrong since no breakers were tripped. I called JB Electric and had them come out and look at it. Ryan came out found that there was still electric reaching the fan and found out that the sensor in the fan had blown. He immediately went out to find a store that had a replacement. He came back shortly put the new remote sensor in and all was good and fine in no time at all. Ryan was friendly and did great work very rapidly. Will I call JB Electric for any electrical problem DEFINITELY YES!

I called them again and was told they'd would contact technician and we were his next Now 2:20 pm, no plumber, no courtesy call. Their website saying they rapidly respond is laughable. Finally at 2:50 pm I receive a call and they arrived at 3:15 pm. So I spent much of my day at their mercy. Shane Elmore plumbing became a part of this group not long ago. That company was the model for service. Too bad their successful business practices were not incorporated. Never again for me.

Honestly, other than having a new roof in less than 2 days, I couldn't even tell they had been to my house! Donnie met with me in person and went over every little detail about replacing my roof. He knew my situation and my stress and dealt with my insurance adjuster completely! Relieving me of so much!! His integrity is phenomenal!! DC Roofing did a superb job on our home. They were able to fix our sunroof addition's roof that a contractor who built it made a grave error (no extra fee). Had a roof leak, and got in touch with Arturo at Ammex. I discovered the leak about 2 hours before…read moresome rain was supposed to hit. He knew what to do, and gave me a decent price. He patched the roof to stop it from leaking (didn't charge me at that time), and came back after the impending rain and repaired it the proper way. I asked him when I would need a new roof, and he told me 10-15 years, which is right at what I had figured (didn't try to sell me a roof I didn't need). I supplied the materials, and he gave me a big discount. The three parts that he did need, he picked up, at his cost, and didn't upcharge on them. Only reason it is a 4 star review instead of 5 is that he told me he would be back on Tuesday, and didn't show up until nearly a week later than he said. This was okay, because the leak was stopped, but there was no call back to me to let me know that he wasn't coming that day. I will call Ammex again, and can recommend that you do the same.
