After selecting the shingle color, the project commenced. The team removed multiple layers of old shingles, addressing damage to the wooden roof (which wasn't covered by insurance), and installed new shingles. Throughout the project, Roof Girl and I maintained communication through email and phone calls. Since I couldn't be present during the work, she thoughtfully sent me several progress photos. The new roof has significantly improved the appearance of the house. All the old shingles were disposed of, and the yard was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend Roof Girl.

First of all , I was impressed with sales guys Don and Clayton ! We agreed on a price , which was…read morewhat my insurance would pay . Then Clayton brings me the contract to sign . Which was quite a bit more than what my insurance covered . After pointing this out to Clayton, he re-wrote a new contract with a discounted price , so that the cost would now be covered from the insurance money . They gave me a start date of around the middle of October. October came and went . In November I contacted them , to find out when they intended to do my roof . I was then told it would be the third or fourth week of November. Then I received a text message from Clayton, stating that they now would have to have half the money up front in order to even be scheduled !!! Then subsequent messaging back and forth between myself and both sales reps as well as a phone conversation with the companies scheduler . Promising that they would live up to their agreement of receiving half the funds upon delivery of the materials, not just in order to be on the schedule. Next their sales rep Clayton wants to come by and talk . So I set up a time with him to do so . Then he stood me up ! Then he contacted me again. Wanting to schedule another time to do so . I schedule another time with him for us to meet . Once again he ghosts me !!!! Then wants a third time . Upon which I'm not interested in arranging a third time , to waste . He then texts me " good luck on finding another company to do the work at their price and that he didn't need my money anyway !!!!!!! If google would allow a rating of zero stars , that's what I would rate them . In my opinion I think they're in financial trouble , hence the 50% to even be on a schedule. I'd be very cautious of doing business with a company that changes their terms of the signed contract months after making the deal and tries to make those changes retroactive !!!!!
