This review is just our experience. Like I said, from the beginning we had issues and the company was not helpful. The concrete we added to the posts wasn't a problem for my husband because we had no choice and unfortunately we had to do that not long after install. Well, almost a year later, I tried calling Krista to no avail. I have now left 4 messages over the last 2 months, asking for her to return my call to address the latch on my fence not locking. She has not responded, and I know she is getting her messages because she has called others back that have left messages.
