Bought some trim for my C10 its a 8ft trim. Sent it in a 6ft box bend and destroyed. Went to return it they asked for my receipt and pics. I sent over everything and they then told me we did not send that to you a 3rd party we used did, get the return from them. They supplied no contact info and basically told me its your problem not ours. I will never buy from them again. They basically stole my money. read more

I purchased a Holley 7" digital dash -- yes, it's been a couple of years, but the unit has serious issues that are clearly not caused by misuse. If you saw the photos, it's obvious this is a product defect, not wear and tear. I reached out to Holley and was told flatly, "it's out of warranty." One of the tech reps even hung up on me. For a product that cost $1,000 and comes from a brand like Holley, that kind of treatment is disappointing -- especially considering I've spent thousands of dollars with Holley over the years on multiple builds. I forgot to add that the carburetor is leaking from both throttle shafts. So all in all, a bad rebuild. In fact, I just replaced it. And while it seems like it's been a while, the truck was in a restoration shop for the last 3 years and hasn't been running. I have put less than 500 miles on the truck since the rebuild. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I talked to 4 different agents to buy a part and have it shipped to a different address from my billing address. The canceled it twice for fraud, even though I talked to someone on the phone every time. If you want one of their products, you have to order it from someone else. Plus the agents hang up on you so you can't take the customer experience survey, you know, so they can falsely report their NPS numbers internally. read more

The first order for this I placed was flagged because the my mailing address and shipping address are different at the moment. I noticed when I saw the refund and called. That's ok good looking out. So I called customer service and did exactly what she told me to do reordered and emailed her the receipt/order number so she could forward it to the fraud department. After 3 weeks with no item and no contact I reached back out. Only then did they tell me it was flagged again. So not only did they hold my money without send the product they held it long enough so the sale would end and I would have to pay full price. Very frustrating and very shady. I see now why they won't let me leave a rev on their site. If I had read these reviews on here I probably wouldn't have ordered in the first place. read more

BUYER BEWARE The problem with the front engine drive on an LS front accessory drive is the water pump hub.  If  you have trouble with this you cannot go to any parts store for replacement; you have to order it from Holley. I called Holley about this and they could not find an answer. When I was at SEMA they couldn't answer and said they would look into this.  I'm following up that I will receive an answer. read more

Company is trash. Bought a ls swap setup for a 66 c10 engine and trans crossmember. Installed it and found the engine is not in the correct positon. They offer no solutions and cannot get my money back because the return date has expired. Buyer beware. read more

Over the last few years, I've had terrible experiences with Holley; pretty much since they were bought by private equity. Recently, I HAD to order jets from them since I have a Holley carburetor (Sentinel Capital Partners in 2018). Paid $45 for expedited shipping / overnight. They said they didn't receive the order before their 2pm deadline. Ok, should have shipped the next day which it did and I received tracking info. The order was delivered 3 days later. Called customer service (which is terrible) to get my money back; sure, need to get approval from the management; you should get a confirmation email in the next 24 hours. It's been 2 weeks, crickets. Just like health insurance, just ignore people. Avoid Holley whenever you can. read more

4 months later and still have not received all my parts. They replaced the dented twice and every time they are a lower quality, not what I ordered and sometimes wrong truck parts. In November 2022 I started this order; some parts have been replaced twice, delivered when I am not home and some never came at all. The driver side door was pushed back weekly due too "back order" until the the first week in March 2023 I emailed and asked where are the rest of my parts? I was told the door is now obsolete. What the heck? They have 5 different "brands " of the same door of that door in stock on their website. When replacing the last 2 passenger doors due to arriving damaged they sent me a different brand each time. I ordered Brothers premium door shell and I ended up with Cobra. 75 Chevy C10 short bed. I grew up loving Holly with how much my Dad used their products, I even bought stocks when they became public a little while ago. I just wanted to be a part of something I always thought was cool, even the stocks took a dump on me. read more

Worst customer service, I purchased an exhaust system on sale.. The system looked great but was sent 2 drivers side mufflers. A replacement muffler was requested but I needed to send the whole system back. After numerous emails, calls and very slow to no response from Holley I am now told theY can not send the replacement order. I will never buy another Holley product and will tell everyone I know not to purchase from Holley. read more

They sold me the 3545-A2 and the only thing I could do is fix the speedo and the TPS on the 2013 Ram 2500 5.7L. I got fucked and I'm not happy about it. Then they added a Amp's Throttle gizmo that is a complete joke and not worth the cardboard it came in. I will never buy anything from them again. read more

BIG PROBLEM WITH HOLLEY CUSTOMER SERVICE I had placed an order for a refurbished 4 barrel carb, their webpage stated: In STOCK. I did not hear for several days from Holley, so I called them. A very friendly lady said: The item is not in stock at all, and they have a huge back-order list for that part, so everybody else who ordered that part before me will get that part first, she could not even tell me how long that list was, not how long it would take. I told: But your webpage told you have that item IN STOCK, delivery would just take 3-5 business days. She told me: It is not our problem, you just have to wait . . . I NEED that part for an important race next week already. How a prof. company can have such a totally faulty system working, is completely not understandable for me. They just would need to send me a mail right after ordering the part: SORRY, NOT IN STOCK, do you want to wait for it ???? I just ordered second day, new, from A-TECH, and THEY have it in stock . . . The people at Holley in these departments are among the nicest and most efficient people that I have ever dealt with. Been dragged along now for 3 months, which it looks like is gonna turn into 6 months. They keep telling me the parts are being delivered and then keep putting me off. 3 months now I've been told the parts were gonna be in, they said they'd have them in the beginning of February....its now the end of April and it looks like they wanna tell me the end of June now. I would've appreciated it much more if they would've just told me that they have no idea when the hell the parts would be in, instead of telling me fake dates that they'll have the part....over and over and over again, just so they don't lose money. read more

I swear every time i order something from these guys i always get the wrong stuff. Just received a 500 + order and in that order i got 4 corners markers for my truck. I ordered 2 ambers and 2 reds. Think twice before you order parts from Holley! Worst customer service that I have had the misfortune to deal with. I bought an EFI Sniper for my truck and some assorted parts. They did not tell me that it was back ordered (the website said that it was in stock when I purchased it). 3 Months later, I get the EFI but not the additional parts. Emails, previously answered quickly when they were afraid that I would cancel the order, went unanswered and/or responded to in an extremely tardy manner. I gave them direction to ship by a certain date or refund my money, as I needed to install the EFI and I would purchase elsewhere. The date came and sent with no response. THEN I received several emails informing me that it was to ship soon. ALL of which I replied to and said "already bought eleswhere, refund my money". ALL of which were ignored by Holley. TODAY I get an email saying that the parts have shipped. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HOLLEY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY AND WANT TO RECEIVE UNWANTED PARTS! read more

I have had endless issues with the Holley Super Sniper 1250HP system. after two failed O2 sensors the ECU has failed and is no longer supplying a trigger for the hyperspark. The 90 day warranty expired before the system was fitted (project car). The company I bought it from are no help, they just offered to sell me another unit at the cost of over AUD$3,000.00. They state that they can't get an ECU. After investing over AUD $5,000.00 on the EFI system, pump and ignition I am left with car that doesn't run, an EFI system that has lasted less than 2,000 miles and 12 months of use and a very unimpressed partner. Contact with Holley through their tech support email is ridiculously slow. I am still waiting for a response from the email I sent in September. Does anyone know how I can get a new ECU? read more
