I fired them, and got the job done for $6500, which included the floors (Mike's estimate was without them!). S&M installed a cricket diverter on my chimney. Within a year, my wall started leaking, and I had a building inspector look at it, and it was installed wrong. I called Mike, and he said that he would look at it, and scheduled a time to come. I waited, and waited, and he never came. No call, no show. I ended up sealing it myself. I wonder how much I was gouged for the other work? Again, avoid them like the plague!
