Sonny Reale was interested and came to my house to see what needed to be done. First we needed to exchange the ladder I had with a better size. From that point Sonny actively addressed the work to be done. It took him a reasonable amount of time to complete the task. He works "clean", meaning when he is finished everything is replaced or picked up. As it turns out there was a safety recall on a number of ladder models about two years later. I called my go to guy and Sonny was interested. He squeezed my little job in with his other jobs he was working. Reale Construction is my go to place for any future needs. I highly recommend this business to anyone that has work to be done.

My boiler ended up needing one part (that he did not replaced) after he was at my house three day (and finally said he could not fix). Also not a nice person, said my equipment had "half a**" parts. (Was put in by HVAC technician) Oh and he was smoking weed in his car in my driveway. I had a technician in today who had it up and running beautifully. I recommend that he doesn't take a job he can't complete and also don't replace hundreds of dollars of parts that weren't fault. ( I paid him $2,000 and still had no heat/hot water) Also threatened to take the parts back off that I paid for, because I was "disrespecting" him, because I was not happy with what he was doing.

We had Sheeley re-do our roof this February. They were fantastic. The roof was previously…read moreshingled with 3 layers of shingles (not my doing) and had some water damage underneath. Therefore, they had to remove the 3 layers, replace some of the plywood, and then replace the gutter-covers. They did a great job. They were very professional, finished faster than they said they would, and ended up charging us less than they initially said they would. One thing that really impressed me was that when something fell on a railing on our porch and cracked it, as soon as I pointed that out Sheeley agreed to replace it without hesitation, they went out purchased the replacement, and installed it without me having to lift a finger. When a company lives up to their mistakes like that it really shows their true value. These guys were not the cheapest option out there, but they were very well worth the extra cost.

Highest praises all around for Sheeley Roofing! We were about 30yrs in on a drab brown 3-tab…read moreshingle that had lived its full life. After dealing with several contractors who took weeks to confirm a site visit for an estimate and then NEVER getting back with a price, we called Sheeley upon seeing their ad in the Bluestone Press. Kelly got back right away to schedule an appointment with General Manager Steve, who came out and walked us through the process, giving a clear breakdown of pricing and answering any questions that arose along the way. Day of install, the crew was incredible - fast and precise with safety a top priority (ropes/harnesses etc.). Front and back of the house was draped with debris nets, protecting flower beds and siding during demo. Garrett, project manager and liaison between crew and homeowner, was very affable and kept us informed on the progress. By mid-morning the roof was off and ice and water shield was going on. By 5:30 the shingles were on and the yard was swept, even utilizing a wheeled magnet to syphon any rogue nails that may have landed in the grass. The charcoal architectural shingle with black drip edge looked sharp with clean edges, giving our home a more modern look while not breaking the bank. Sheeley offers an incredible decades-long warranty on their roofs, which is even transferable to future owners should you decide to sell. It's amazing to watch a crew firing on all cylinders and complete a project in one day - only wish we had set up a time-lapse! Hands down a great experience and we can't recommend them enough. Look around on your next drive and see all the Sheeley signs at the end of driveways - there's a reason for that!
