He was business-like, polite, and had no problem answering my questions...which I expect of every small business. If you are going in there with the expectation of purchasing a $99.00 vacuum you probably are in the wrong establishment...head to Wal-Mart, or Target. KENTS products are Top of the line, imho. Jeff knows well his products and as far as I could tell was quite fine with answering any legitimate questions you may have. What a bit surprising to me was, there was no PUSH to buy a vacuum I didn't need, or a more expensive model. I have multiple dogs, and needed a vac that could handle the normal day to day stuff, + dog hair. The Sebo Felix would do the job, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It was a good shopping experience. I'd do business there again in a heat-beat, but since I bought the Sebo, I expect I won't have to. See ya in another 26 years...that how long my Miele lasted. I have been a customer of Bradway Plumbing for 5 years. They installed a hot water heater for us,…read moreand have completed multiple plumbing jobs such as toilet installations, sink faucets, UV light systems, and more. This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.

Their response was almost immediate with technicians to address both a plumbing and heating emergency; a furnace failure which had resulted in a frozen pipe to burst causing catastrophic damage to our entire home. Within hours Mike had found and repaired the broken pipes and faucet and Josh had the Peerless furnace up and running allowing the Servpro team to start their remediation work. Kitchen Sink became completely clogged early Saturday Morning (11/29/2025) Tried the usual cures…read morebut to no avail. Called Byron Parker Sunday Evening and left a message telling my problem and requesting assistance. Monday morning (12/1/2025) I received a call from Rebecca who told me a man was available that morning. The man was at my door in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but he immediately went to work on the drain system. Opening the clean out plug and using a snake he had the drain operating properly in no time. He performed some checks on the remainder of the system and noticed that the sink basket was very loose. He took it apart and using new putty reassembled it so that it no longer leaked. I was very impressed with the service provided by Byron Parker and its employees. Having worked in the plumbing department for many years in one of the Big Box stores, I recognized the skill of the man and the thoroughness of his actions. Our flooring was raised kinda like they built the kitchen around the dishwasher and we didnt want to take any chances. We called day and evening, they came out and looked at our current dishwasher and advised us on what to get....no charge. We go get the dishwasher, the day of install comes and day and evening come back. Unfortunate for us I bought a closed bottom dishwasher which requires a plumber. Instead of charging us for the 30 or so minutes they were here, they hooked us up with their plumber who will be here in the next day to install and didnt charge us for the trip out here. This is how you do business. They could of charged us for both trips out and with gas being $4 right now I would of understood that, but instead they said no worries and shook our hand. We have used this company a few times and they know they are our go to when SHTF and things like this is the reason WHY i'd never call anyone else to fix any of our appliances. They aren't out to get over on their customers or make a quick buck. They are there to do a job, do it right and do it fair and in 2026 that is often overlooked.
