I ended up getting the steel at Grosse. This afternoon their competition called me back across the road and I was completely shocked. The steel that I purchased I could have gotten literally at half price. I will be buying all my steel from the competition across the road because it probably all comes from the same place. I'm not going to deal with a company that is going to take advantage of the days we are in and gouge customers. This is how businesses end up going out of business! Greed!

After multiple unanswered calls, texts, and voicemails, I finally reached him through the office. He acknowledged seeing my messages and promised to come by on July 24 or 25, but again failed to follow through or respond. No work was performed and I did not lose money, but I lost valuable time while my roof may be sustaining additional rain damage. I would have preferred a direct answer if he could not or did not want the job rather than repeated promises with no follow-through. I will not be working with City Builders.

The length of delay (good summer months mean lots of people vying for their time) in installation was explained.
