They never called us back and now years later they say they have a solution, but still aren't giving us any information or standing behind their work. It is very disappointing to see that a large company doesn't stand behind their name or support their customers. I think it is very important to get this out to people looking to have work done because the investment you put into your home is very important and I would want to know the contractor I choose cares about not only my business, but also the work they do and wants their customer to be happy. So sad and disappointed.

Great experience!…read more When we reached out about a quote, we fully expected to have to wait - for a response, for a quote, and for installation. This was 110% NOT the case with Perfect Picket Fence and Stain. They were quick to stop by and provide a quote. Then, when we changed our minds (twice), they obliged with no hesitation. And finally, when it came time to scheduling an install date, their availability worked perfectly with our schedule. Installation day proved to be one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer, but it didn't seem to bother the three gentlemen working in our fence at all. They arrived on time, confirmed how the fence should be laid out, and got right to work. They were efficient, hard working, respectful, and just all around a good group of guys. The end result is precisely what we wanted and the final price was exactly as quoted. We couldn't be more pleased.

The installer went way over and above. The bidding process was standard and the pricing was fair (do your research, no fence is cheap). The length of delay (good summer months mean lots of people vying for their time) in installation was explained. Scheduling was exceptional - they worked it out so my dogs would have the least amount of time without their yard. Installation went smoothly and without a hitch - installer letting me know each day what was happening that day and the next until project completion. Fair pricing, good communication, helpful staff, and quality installation and product. I'd not go anywhere else for my fence and deck needs in the Cedar Valley.
