A couple of years ago our contractor had referred us to City Builders. We were happy to have someone we trusted who knew the quality and products which we needed. The first job we had done by them was replacing our gutters with larger and sturdier gutters on our home as well as on our rental properties. Their communication and scheduling was excellent and the quality of their work was great, but my real shock was how well they cleaned up afterwards. Because of how pleased we were with those jobs we decided to contact them again when we decided to replace our old sliding doors. We were very happy with that work as well. There was a wide selection of finishes so we were able to match the wood and trim on the interior and exterior of our home. The doors function very well and have safety options with 3 point locking and a separate foot bolt which we really appreciate. We also no longer have that drift of cold air coming in as we did before. We have no doubts that City Builders will continue to provide great quality work for us and for future customers! read more

City Builders had a home show at the Five Sullivan Brothers in Waterloo back about nine or ten years ago; we just felt the need to check it out after seeing their commercial. After speaking with Jerry, we decided to have them do our bathrooms which they had got done in ONE day! The clean up and communication was so well throughout that process. After the great experience we had the first time we decided to call them back when wanting a sun room. We are absolutely in love!! The workers were so fun and professional, you can tell they really cared about how we felt. If there was more than one way to do something the team ALWAYS talked to us about our options before deciding. My son bought a house about five years ago in which the bathroom needed updated, we are grateful to have been able to refer City Builders to him as we knew the job would be done right and he would be happy about it. read more

City Builders just recently finished up our sunroom and it is absolutely beautiful. We contacted another company before we found them and when the other company came out to get an estimate they said our diamond ceilings were too difficult to try to add on to and that they wouldn't even try. That's when we found Denny from City Builders! He knew exactly what to do and made it work perfect. The workers were great too. I made them come in and take a break because it was so warm out! They worked so hard to get it done for us. The gal that came out afterward to follow up was great! She stayed and kept us company for awhile while we told her how much we enjoyed our room. Now they are putting in a Sky Light in our bathroom! Thanks City Builders workers for making our home needs possible. read more

We had our gutters and bathroom replaced and just recently had our bedroom windows replaced too. Our gutters are so much easier to maintain now and if we hadn't of gone with the new gutters City Builders installed for us we would be in big trouble. The gutter covers are so convienent for us especially with cleaning too. We decided to call back for our bedroom window because it was starting to fog and was very drafty. Our sales person Al suggested we do 2 windows put together rather than two separate windows and we're so glad we did because it looks great. They hauled away all the metal trim along with our old windows when they were finished. We're definitely going back to City Builders for the rest of our windows too! read more

City builders has done flawless work over the years for us on upgrading our windows to adding windows, giving us an a amazing four seasons room to adding gutters, and soffits. The windows in our kitchen have really changed the whole room and has brought in so much natural lighting. We are in love with our four season room as it is well insulation and makes it easier to enjoy the winters! The gutters now have covers and makes it less of a hassle knowing we do not have to climb on to the roof to clean. Soffits have added a nice clean touch. The clean up after all jobs done was greatly appreciated it. We couldn't be more satisfied with City Builders quality, communication and efficiency. read more

My wife and I used City Builders a couple years ago for our first bathroom remodel and Jerry made it a great experience for us. We returned to work with him again this year for our second bathroom remodel. This time we chose a walk in shower, and he gave us options so we were able to pick out a beautiful shower door. It will look great with the bathroom once it's finally finished. They also replaced my shower bar for me too! I am glad we returned to City Builders and we absolutely recommend this company. read more

I really have to say that I was most impressed with City Builders for them taking the time during the build of my new deck to make it all work. The employee had some issues with the posts lining up with the house and he did a great job mapping it out to make it look perfect. They were a little delayed with rain, but were out here every second they could be! I've had previous things done by them but I am extremely happy with the new deck. Thanks for giving me quality work. read more

My wife and I had all our windows and two doors done by City Builders. We have already noticed a difference in our energy bill, especially this month! We were very greatful with the quality of the product and the quality of the work done by them. It's hard for us to do some certain house work now and they put all our blinds up on our new windows after they were finished, we didn't even have to ask! We will be returning to City Builders next for a new front door! read more

I made the choice to go with City Builders after being referred by friends that their cost and product was both efficient and durable. It has been about two winters since I have had my windows put in and I am very pleased with the work. The 7 downstairs windows and the 10 upstairs have been very energy efficient. Luther and his crew did a great job. The crew did a exceptionally well job communicating and cleaning up after their work. read more

We worked with Dale to get a few windows replaced in our home. We absolutely loved the samples he brought out so we were able to see the safety and utility of the windows. We really were able to know exactly what we were getting. We did choose the composite Okna windows because of the good quality and the warmth. The window installer, Luther, was great and he did everything "spit spot." I really am so happy with the windows now. read more

My husband and I have not sat in another room since our sunroom was finished! We are so happy we chose to put one up. The team that came out was great and we really enjoyed working with Denny. We weren't sure what the wall where the siding originally laid was going to look like so our builder gave us suggestions to pick from which turned out great. We love our cozy sunroom from City Builders and we're so glad we did it. read more

I just had my bath tub replaced by City Builders because we are looking to soon sell our house. It turned out so beautiful that it will definitely be one of the selling points to our home! It is nice and deep and shiney clean. I'm glad I still get to use it too until we sell. The only thing I would change is picking a bathtub a little longer next time. Other than that, I'm very happy! Thanks so much! read more

We worked with Al for a new roof and he was delightful. I was really impressed with the fact that the job only took one day which was very convienent for us, and they were respectful about us being home in the meantime. There was no rubbish left laying around or anything left for us to clean up, they got it all picked up. We appreciate the fine work from City Builders! read more
