My aftermarket SSD hard drive crashed on my 2009 MacBook Pro. He was able to recover the data, order a new SSD hard drive, reload the most current OS, and get me back up and running. Best of all, he provided me with the invoice and description of the problem that I was able to supply to my renters insurance company and get the repairs covered. He dealt with me indecisively trying to figure out if I wanted to just buy a new computer or have him fix my old one. He patiently talked me through options and let me make the decision and then had a rapid turn around time. I would recommend Raul. Plus the cost was far better then the competitors I was currently paying. In this day and age having internet in your home is necessary. Many of us work from home. I can now attend meetings and join in class. Thank you Tekwerks for bringing our home and family up to speed. I have already passed their info onto neighbors.
