I Hopelessly walked into Eriks store with no clue to what was going on with my PC. Within three days he helped me understand what the problem was what I needed and fixed the problem. He guaranteed and delivered 100%. I HIGHLY recommend him for his services. Went in because my 7 year old gaming laptop screen wouldn't turn on after cleaning and replacing of the cpu paste. Took it here, they checked literally everything, even ran many diagnostics; and although it took 1 week. My laptop is back to normal, turns out my ram slot was damaged. I am very happy with the work that was done. I feel safe that my computer will be good from now on, open at reasonable hours, great service and reasonable prices. I knocked my G7 Dell laptop off my desk and broke the hinge. I took it to Erick's he gave me the option of new Dell parts or used, I went with new. He was clear on pricing and the time it would take. I will definitely go back to him if needed in the future. read more

Highly recommend this place for repairs. I took my phone in when it was shattered and not working at all and Javier explained in detail everything he was going to fix and change which was super helpful. I got my phone back within the next couple days looking basically brand new and it works just as good as it did before. Javier was very nice and knew exactly how to fix my problem he was very informative about what the problem was. I had a problem with my mouse for weeks and I took it here and after that it no longer happened I'd recommend bringing your computer here if you're having trouble with it. read more

Highly recommend this place for any pc repairs. Erick was very up front and attempted to locate the issues i was having with me. Erick was able to find the problem with my pc in just a few hours and gave me different options on what i could choose to do. I have a pretty expensive gaming rig and i am pretty good with building computers but he definitely knew more and found my problem. read more

I can't give them enough stars! Javier was very attentive, responded to my request right away and I brought my MacBook into the shop first thing in the morning. He is super friendly and makes sure to follow protocols with masks, social distancing and lots of sanitizer. His quote was very reasonable. He quickly got to work and within hours called to let me know it was ready. I'm so happy I found him and would highly recommend his services to everyone! read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This guy doesn't know what he is doing! He does not complete the job, but merely makes it looked like its fixed! He steals your money and says its fixed when its worst than when you first brought it in! I tried to have a decent conversation with this guy about why I wasn't happy and he was very rude and NOT helpful at all! To add on to this, while I was there more people came in to complain about their problems with their "fixed" phones as well! Terrible experience and customer service! Save yourself a hassle and monEy, don't bother even working with this guy read more

My husband & I went to see Erick. We had BIG problems with a laptop and tablet. We didn't think his old laptop would work. Erick's knowledge of computers, connectivity and what latest power sources available was simply amazing. (Did I mention this was an OLD laptop!) He was able to pluck something right off his shelf and presto! The laptop booted up! Next, my tablet was not working at all. It took a couple of days to diagnose but the end result was I got it back, and its working fabulously..AFFORDABLY!! In this information age you've got to have someone with the integrity, honesty, and heart to help you with devices that hold so much personal information. Rest assured Erick knows how to do the right thing with excellence and provide on point customer service. Amazing job very honest, nice and also friendly has either used and new phones/computers/tablets but those that are used have three month guarantee. Very confident because he knows what his doing with his work tells you how to take care of it and if you take his advice it'll last you a long time without coming back for more. Amazing discounts after he knows your a customer that'll come back over and over. Been the 5th time in 4 years I come to either buy a phone or repair my laptop and most of time lowers his prices because of the customer I am knowing I'll return when his help is needed. read more

He spent 1 min looking at it and came back saying it was bent and needed to go to his shop to repair properly. I agreed. He brought it back and told me the home button no longer works and I needed to wait to try and use the iPad. It hadn't worked since he touched it. I paid him $80 in cash and $80 on a card for an iPad worth about $20 since I was ok with paying it as long as my iPad worked again. Well it never has and never will. I took it to Apple they said it's not reparable any longer and they can recycle it for me. I felt comfortable because he was a hard working guy with children just like myself so I believed him in making it right. I've given him several opportunities to do so but he's now gone ghost. It is what it is.... Good job getting me and my family for $160 for nothing.

Fernando offered me a max charger and explained that I could get up to two hours and I can throw it in a backpack or my car if I needed it. He also demonstrated how thick/non bulky it is on the back of the phone using the IPhone wallet. Their were two other employees in there and I interacted with a woman as my cashier. Although she was on the telephone during our transaction she seemed very polite to the person on the other side of the telephone. I also witnessed her asking her colleagues for assistance. She had a moment of time with me and she told me my total. She said to me she needed a coffee but to me she seemed very alert and chippy. If I every need something I'd definitely go back to this location. I go here often to the same parking lot because of the Chinese food a couple doors down (ChopSpoon) 5/5 stars for friendly, speedy, fully stocked.

As a result, my father spent hours trying to get the device removed from their phone bill which was unsuccessful. She even asked me to bring my father so she can tell him she did explain to him that she did explain the promotion instead of taking accountability. I would strongly recommend reviewing all charges and services before agreeing to anything at this location. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST

If you are looking for a computer service that actually cares and helps you out then Erick's is the place to go! I had issues with my laptop and needed it desperately for school. Erick not only understood but was compassionate and was very on top of keeping in contact and updating me on what parts were needed and what had to be done. I had visited other computer places and they either told me it would take WEEKS to even look at it or tried charging me unreasonable prices. My laptop works great and I have it in time to continue school. This would not have been possible with Erick and his professionalism. Thank you again Erick!! read more

I have had two of my tablets fixed here...he does an excellent job on fixing them and gives you quote on how much repair will cost he worked well with me and lets you put down a payment and lets you pay rest when your device is fixed he even shows you that it is working properly before you leave he is very polite I have not had an issues with his bussiness I just recently gave him another tablet to work on and he keeps you updated when parts will be in I have had no issues with this company at all highly recommend is service thank you Erick for fixing my devices! read more
