They make these little twice baked baby potato bites that were out of this world. You'd think a chicken skewer would be boring, but not these. They had a glaze on them and were perfectly cooked and easy to eat at a party. The sliders were just amazing. The "Texas Caviar" was a huge hit.Everything was clearly made with quality ingredients and the presentation was perfect. They provided literally everything for the guests down to little baby forks for the cheese. We opted for staff to help manage the offerings and food and it was worth every penny. I appreciated that they made recommendations rather than throwing an enormous menu at me to choose from. When ordering for my coworkers, I prefer the pros to tell me what people in general like! They made the setup look professional in our very basic conference area. Every single person raved about every item served and the service was also spectacular. I think the team favorite was the stuffed potatoes! As a meeting coordinator, I love to hear "did you try this yet?", "You have to try this!", "This is so good!" They even thought ahead to bring some to-go boxes. We don't do much catering of this caliber, but I truly hope to get the opportunity to use Priceless again!
