Haven't been in awhile and should have went somewhere ease Ordered food and drinks at the bar - big mistake Thre bartender was lost in her own world Drinks were good but I watched our food come out and sit for 10 minutes while the bartender walked past without even looking -but not her fault entirely Mussels and garlic bread were ice cold by the time I got Someone needs to have a better system Maybe the kitchen needs to tell the front end when the food is placed there If you want to serve both drinks and food pay more attention One more thing/used the mens room Floor was so nasty and sticky Looks not cleaned since pre Covid read more

My girlfriend and I came in on a random Saturday night to see what the nightlife was about. Apparently this is one of the only places in town that plays hip-hop/urban music which is a little disappointing but it's a small town so I can't expect much. AMBIANCE: Coming in we were immediately greeted by security and he took our IDs and scanned them on a computer which verified our age and things (thought that was cool since I've never seen that). The place itself is just one huge bar, not much of a dance area or eating area. I noted some tables in the back but other than that the entire space is taken up by the bar which is good for those crowded weekend nights. The DJ was also playing some pretty good music SERVICE: We were serviced right away. The bar tender recognized my girlfriend from a previous visit she had and greeted her which I thought was nice. I asked him about food but he told me the kitchen was closed at that time and he proceeded to tell me the schedule for the kitchen on the weekends which was helpful. DRINKS: We ordered a Corona and a Jack & Coke. The Jack & Coke was huge! I watched him pour it and he gave us a double without even asking for it! It was only $7! That was great, it was too strong for me but my girlfriend enjoyed it. I really appreciate him. I wish I could've tasted some food to better fill out my review but I will come back to this bar simply because it's one of the "spots" in town where I can hang out with people that look like me. read more

I came in expecting a nice and quality meal and unfortunately, I suffered through one of the worst eating experiences of my life. Although the service wasn't the worst, despite not being the best, the food was absolutely terribly horrendous. I had some of THE WORST i've ever tasted at a restaurant. Would of gave 0 stars if i could. read more

D-c is POPPING considering its Berks County and there isn't many diverse bars or clubs in this dumpy ass town. Yes they play RAP music and its banging!! If you want country music go some where else. I don't wanna hear that crap!!!! D-c has good drinks, nice atmosphere, fun crowd and sick Rap music. shout out to Danny :) read more

They temporarily closed and reopened recently and I was very much impressed! They no longer allow smoking which was a great decision! They have some truly fantastic drinks. The vodka grapefruit was extremely well made! I was impressed to see they had a bar side fruit squeezer and squeezed fresh grapefruit with the muddle- far better than what I expected. I look forward to returning! read more

Always a cool place to be. The food is very good and YES they have champagne .....GOOD TIMES read more

Decarlo's Bar & Grill - Few places in Berks County that you can get a glass of champagne. NICE - Sports Bars Near Me - Reading, Pennsylvania

My favorite bar in Reading. The bartenders are bomb (Hey Danny and Chad). Food is always delicious. The wings are fat and flavorful. The drinks are always made generously. Its a nice spot for a couple drinks and wings. Friday and Saturday nights get a little out of the control but during the week and during the day is always a nice time to go if you don't like the ratchet crowd. read more

It's not a bad place to hang out at, but it's much more pricer than yelp would have lead you to believe. I would go again, but next time only on the weekends. read more

So I spent 1/2 hour driving around Reading looking for a place to grab a drink before a concert. I found this place and was pleasantly surprised that beers were $3 each. It was a very clean area, with a large bar in the middle and many tvs on the walls. It was a bit weird that the cook wasn't there by 5pm. The bartender was stuck cooking and tending, but really there were less than 10 people in the bar. The food was ok, frozen fried wings, but they were pretty good. All in all I'd stop again. read more

I was a little nervous about going here after reading all the reviews but I'm so glad I did. The wings were delicious! I went when they had the wings on special. We ordered hot, extra hot, and mango habanero. I love spicy food and these were great. Not overly spicy but very good. The mango habanero were delicious!!! I had the grapefruit shandy on draft and my boyfriend had the IPL. Both were great. It's a great bar atmosphere with great wings. I've been in places where the smoking is a lot worse. It's very open and the smoke isn't too bad. You notice the smell when you first walk in but it's not too bad until someone smokes right beside you. It's honestly not bad though. I read a review about the parking lot being sketchy but I felt comfortable parking there. You have to realize this is a bar you're going to. It's bar food and bar atmosphere. read more

Came here a few weeks ago with my brother and his girlfriend. Was around 10pm, wasn't crowded. Typical bar atmosphere. The bartenders were friendly. You are allowed to smoke in the bar which I liked since I smoke. The parking lot was creepy. However once 11-11:30 came around it was so crowded you could barely walk to the restroom. The restroom was clean enough to use. Lol. They also sell cigarettes behind the bar. It's a good size bar too. It's not a bad bar but I've only been there one time so idk if they get drama or not and I went on a Saturday. But I would definitely go again. read more

Been going here for years.. Always good food and drinks.. Great atmosphere and service. I've never had wings like the ones at DeCarlos.. My current favorite are the lemon pepper and garlic mild. I've never had food there that I didn't like. Definitely on my top list of places to hang out at! read more
