Emailing us a week or so out from the wedding with wrong colors and wrong date was unbelievable to me and prevented us from having the opportunity to make other arrangements due to the lack of time. The absence of a wedding cake was noticeable and, unfortunately, put a damper on what should have been a very special part of the celebration for my daughter and our family.

Of course we got Huckleberry ice cream, made with real berries. As sweet and refreshing as we could have imagined. Their bright Mountain Mint is dyed with a natural green, and dotted with thin dark-chocolate flakes. We had tasty oatmilk ice cream with Oreo bits. They have more than a handful of other flavors. Our only caveat is to read to the end of the ingredients list. We skipped the Gravel Road flavor, which said it included "a little bit of protein from CRICKETS".
