I didn't know what i wanted to serve so he walked me though the menu and made suggestions. (The meatballs and teriyaki wings were amazing!!!) There is no set menu so you're not limited on the food you want served. I ordered food for 40 people but was able to feed upwards of 60 and still have leftovers. This entire experience from the scheduling to cleanup was seamless. He arrived early, set everything up, stayed until we were done and cleanup was quick. But still it was like taking a shot in the dark but boy let me tell you I hit the Bulls Eye when I hired Miss Shannon and her crew to do a Friday night low country boil for a bunch of out of town guest. I wanted them to have a taste of the low country while visiting Savannah. I also just wanted to enjoy my guest and not have to worry about a thing. Miss Shannon and her crew did an excellent job and the food was amazing. Everyone loved everything they put in their mouths. She is super professional and I loved working with her. From now on when I have to feed more than twenty people at my home Miss Shannon will be the first person I call!
