I tried Krazian for the first time tonight at Savannah's Eastern Wharf Food Truck Festival. Each item was around $13/each. The flavor of each was just about what you would expect it to be! I've never had this type of noodles before, so I don't have anything to compare them to. If you don't get anything else here, get the beef bulkogi fries. Wow, probably the best French fries I've ever had! The meat was so flavorful and the orange sauce added a tasty zing to it. I'd get them again in a heartbeat. I also got some chicken with rice dish (the name has left me) which was good, but pretty average. A decent amount of food. As with many food trucks, it's not always the cheapest option. The fries and my chicken dish came to about $30. read more

Not a bad place on the east coast for Asian food. It's defintiely a Korean and American Fusion which was the selling point for my friend. He got them to cater their wedding. It's a bummer that this is the standard but all food trucks take forever to feed people at a wedding, happens all the time. Ideally you would want two or three trucks to serve everyone on time, but no one gets it or does it. Not even a truck, just another work station that can be set up. Anyways, the food was not bad, the shrimp with rice was OK, the waffle fries with "bulgogi" was a bit dry but I'd imagine it would be really good with some fatty fries. Overall, I'd get it again to try it when I wasn't the last person, took three hours to get to me. Got fried dumplings and the shrimp rice bowl from their food truck yesterday evening. The dumplings were crisp and piping hot. The shrimp and other stir fry toppings were cooked just right. Strangely, the rice was the best thing I ate. Sticky and mildly sweet. I couldn't get enough. I look forward to checking out Orr if their food. read more

Krazian was one of the vendors at the Islands' Farmers Market when we went last Saturday. I usually do a walk around, keep a mental note of what I want to try and then make my choices. Krazian didn't have any competition in terms of lunch items at all that day though, since they were the only food truck and most of the other prepared foods were from bakeries, so the choice was simple. Their menu is pretty simple with only about a couple of appetizers and a handful of main dishes. Just like their truck says, they offer Asian Fusion with items like Steamed Bao (basically Chinese tacos, picture steam buns in the shape of a taco shell filled with asian ingredients), Steak Bulgogi and Banh Mi. I wanted something that both my kids and I could share. As I was trying to decide, the owner I am assuming, popped his head out of the little window and gave me a single chicken wing with some sauce in a boat and said "Try this!". Um, sure! No need to tell me twice! What we ate - The sample worked because I ordered whatever he gave us. The chicken wings were cooked nicely with crispy skin. There may have been a slight dusting of flour, but not even sure. There was no visible presence of breading. It was not the "Spicy Chicken Wing" that was on their menu. He had some other sauce and kindly drizzled that on the wings in consideration for my kids, to not make them spicy. I am still trying to figure out what the sauce was made of. Oyster sauce? Definitely some black pepper. Some fish sauce too? Whatever it was, it was good! I wish I had ordered some rice to mop it up! Service - As you can tell, service was superb. It was very nice of them to modify the dish for my kids. Samples work! I was on the fence and he lured me in! But I'm not even mad about it. Vibe - It's a black truck with white font. Kid-Friendly - You betcha! Catch them when you can. It looks like they hang out at different campuses and participate in pop up events. Not sure when I will bump into them next, but I will be sure to try their Steamed Baos. I don't think I have seen those around in Savannah yet! If you have, please tell me! I have had the food from this truck once, and it was good. the next 2 times I had the opportunity to get food from this truck I could not. the first time, they ran out halfway through the event (at a corporate event, so they knew pretty well how much to bring), and they didn't tell anybody! They let people stand in line getting eaten by sand gnats instead! the next time (Also at a corporate event), they hadn't even started the generator or opened up the truck at 20 minutes after the event started. If you manage to get some food from them, it'll likely be good, but remember that the same incompetence that doesn't know how much food to bring or when the event they are already at starts (despite other trucks nearby clearly already dispensing food), is cooking that food. read more

Came here for a quick bite, but was BLOWN away by the dynamic favors and friendly service! I had the chicken bao, and it was DELICIOUS! The meat was succulent and well seasoned, and the pickled carrots gave it a fresh taste! Paired with the fluffy bao, it was one of the best food truck meals I've had in a while! Ordered from the food truck on Isle of Hope tonight. Ordered Yaki Soba noodles w/ veggies and chicken got home and no chicken! Called and they were busy but they called back very shortly and asked me to come back and apologized for the mistake. I went back and was handed a super sized bowl with chicken and shrimp.
