When I visited the store to pick up my order, there wasn't really anybody in there so service was immediate. But the restaurant is clean, spacious and well lit so if you do want to eat your burger there, there's more than enough room. I've tried out Wayback burgers in a couple of different states including Arizona and North Carolina over the last year or two and I'm slowly becoming a fan.
