DEC Networks IT Staff Recovered my Lost Data
I was on a cross country business trip from Boston, MA to Houston, TX February 2014. My laptop computer always goes with me, and contains all of my business documents, forms, applications, invoices, sales agreements as well as personal media. Multiple methods were utilized, and everything was recovered, even files I had deleted a while before the whole meltdown. Ian instructed me on how to get started and maintain web data back up, he re-optimized my computer to boot quickly and lose processes that were lagging the machine.
