Ian and his team really pulled through for my small business. I was in need of customer software that I was unable to buy off the shelf. I contacted 15-20 companies over the past 6 years inquiring if the would be able to write this code that would enable me to better track the use of work computers by our employees. DEC Networks IT Staff Recovered my Lost Data I was on a cross country business trip from Boston, MA to Houston, TX February 2014. My laptop computer always goes with me, and contains all of my business documents, forms, applications, invoices, sales agreements as well as personal media. Upon leaving it with the trust of an employee, some sort of full-on system restore prompt was triggered prior the start menu popping up. I came back in the middle of this process and recognized what was going on but was powerless to stop it. I held the power button, pulled out the battery and was critically doomed. I restarted the computer, BLACK, nothing.
