I heeded their advice and we've been coming here ever since. That was so long ago that not only did they have but a single location, I'm quite certain that some of their current employees were just little babies themselves! Normally I'm not the biggest fan of large practices with many different providers, but this place is different. Each and every one we have interacted with has proven themselves to be trustworthy, competent and caring. so I actually have no qualms about seeing whomever is available the soonest. You still have the option to request someone in particular though, if you have a preference. It just might take a little longer to get an appointment. Either way, appointments always seem to be plentiful since they are open 6 days a week at both the Coppell and Flower Mound offices. For the most part, I've been satisfied with them over the years. There have only been a few occasions where I left feeling unsettled and guilt-ridden over things like, not bringing my child in sooner or not being strict enough with rules or diets. I don't know whether I was fairly or unfairly judged in those situations. I'm sure there's always room for improvement on both sides. But, as they say "pobody's nerfect"!

I have been going to this practice for years and this is the second time this has happened, right down to the shocking, angry reaction from them. I used to like this practice, but it has gone so far downhill. I no longer trust them. I realize now that due to the fact that a test result that I was given several months ago completely made no sense for my child, this has likely happened on multiple occasions. Dr. Robert is good with kids, has a great bedside manner and has scheduled office time where he can talk on the phone to parents. The office staff is friendly and professional. At the end of the appointment children over 3 years old are given a token to use in the gumball machine that doesn't have gumballs, but does have lots of fun trinkets.
