I heeded their advice and we've been coming here ever since. That was so long ago that not only did they have but a single location, I'm quite certain that some of their current employees were just little babies themselves! Normally I'm not the biggest fan of large practices with many different providers, but this place is different. Each and every one we have interacted with has proven themselves to be trustworthy, competent and caring. so I actually have no qualms about seeing whomever is available the soonest. You still have the option to request someone in particular though, if you have a preference. It just might take a little longer to get an appointment. Either way, appointments always seem to be plentiful since they are open 6 days a week at both the Coppell and Flower Mound offices. For the most part, I've been satisfied with them over the years. There have only been a few occasions where I left feeling unsettled and guilt-ridden over things like, not bringing my child in sooner or not being strict enough with rules or diets. I don't know whether I was fairly or unfairly judged in those situations. I'm sure there's always room for improvement on both sides. But, as they say "pobody's nerfect"!

Called to complain and set up new one and the staff hung up on me. Called and left a message for the office manager. She called back to say she reviewed the call and unfortunately the doctors are human and things come up. She explained that what I thought was not the case and pretty much ignored my concerns and opinion.

I have been going to this practice for years and this is the second time this has happened, right down to the shocking, angry reaction from them. I used to like this practice, but it has gone so far downhill. I no longer trust them. I realize now that due to the fact that a test result that I was given several months ago completely made no sense for my child, this has likely happened on multiple occasions. I no longer trust them for my child's care. I do not recommend this practice. Medical mistake like this can have catastrophic consequences.
