Called to complain and set up new one and the staff hung up on me. Called and left a message for the office manager. She called back to say she reviewed the call and unfortunately the doctors are human and things come up. We moved to the area about 6 months ago and this practice came highly recommended. We came in September 2020 for my girls' physicals. Dr. Pape was so engaged with the girls that my girls were literally upset to leave. I also had to come in yesterday (February 2021) because we started noticing my 3 year old's right foot points in a bit when she walks. When we came to see Dr. Pape she was SO incredibly thorough, checking every little thing and my little one had so much fun playing the "games" (jump on one foot, balance on one foot, etc.). I never once felt rushed, she sat down and explained everything to me and even went out of her way to answer a few unrelated questions to the appointment. I also feel very safe here with the covid precautions they are taking. They have different areas for sick and healthy and also these days no one can be in the lobby. When you arrive you call them from your car and when they are ready for you the nurse will come get you and bring you straight to an exam room. Everyone is wearing masks (properly) and being careful, and I also know (because I follow them on Facebook) that they have been vaccinated!
