The therapists have always been professional and eager to listen to any concerns my husband and I may have. Everyone works together as a team for the best interest of each child. We will continue driving the 40 minute drive 4 days a week to PediaPlex because it's working great for my daughter. When deciding on a therapy center it's important to realize you are part of the team working together for the best outcome. I swear I am not afraid of doctors. I found Dr. Robinson on my insurance website. I could book my appointment, fill out my paperwork before I came in, everything was easy peasy. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back and everyone was very friendly. It wasn't long before Dr. Robinson came in and sat down for a chat. I was shocked. She wanted to go over all my history. Like, all of it. She checked all my vitals and did her doctorly things. I don't know that I have ever spent that much time with a doc, or I should say I don't know that a doctor has every spent that much time with ME. I even agreed to a tetanus shot, and got a sucker. Because I'm brave. I didn't know I was going to be giving up blood and had had a coffee, so I had to come back two days later to give it up. I was told they were up to date every appt. I have no clue how they could let this happen. I have 4 kids. We have never missed an annual checkup. Have been going to the pediatrician here for 15 years. Started with Benzick and the last few was with Hunt. Between Benzick and Hunt we moved out of state. The pediatrician out of state was amazing with letting us know which vaccines our kids needed. For some reason they had a hard time getting a hold of this office (SFM) to get their records. They pushed for months and finally got them. THEY got them. When we moved back to go to Hunt I noticed they never had any vaccines due. I figured they knew more than me and I trusted their process. I'd ask when they'd call to confirm the appts if any of the kids had vaccines so I could prepare them and every time "nope none this time!" The only one they said was due was my 14-15yo but never the littles. The schools started giving us a hard time saying the kids weren't up to date. So I argued with them like an idiot saying my kids are absolutely up to date. Turns out nope. This office never gave them their vaccines. When we tried calling them to let them know and ask why.. crickets. This office ghosted us. Not one call back from someone who could explain this and we called a lot. My kids could have gotten serious diseases because of the negligence at this office. They never once told us they needed any, they just never kept up with it at all! Every single time I called I asked who had what due and they'd always say they're good. I thought it was strange but trusted the doctor would know and would let us know when they had more coming up. Benzick was good but Hunt's team and records people need to be retrained. How do you go about doing a whole wellness exam and skip the part that keeps them safe? I feel like I put too much trust in this place and shouldn't have. I should have asked Google or ChatGPT which vaccines were due for a 3, 4, 5 etc y/o before their appointments and what to expect so I can do their job for them and walk them through the whole exam. Thank god for school nurses, of all people, who caught this. They educated us more about our kids' missing vaccines than this Dr office ever did!

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses, to the awesome PA and of course the doctors themselves. Dr. Brown is our primary but we have seen Dr. Trang for a sick visit. Dr Brown was patient, answered my questions (actually LET me ask her unlike past peds) and gave me complete and understandable answers instead of short quick generic responses. My daughter has had 4 sick visits (day care kid) and each time we were treated thoroughly, quickly and efficiently and the PA or Dr Trang made sure I understood exactly what my daughter had and how to best treat it. Dr. Rios insisted that before working with our son, he undergo a prolonged period of being on ADHD medications. We've looked into ADHD medications in the past, however, two pediatricians have recommended against using them with our son. One based on genetic testing clearly showing they would be contraindicated in our son. A second pediatrician also recommended against their use as ADHD medications have been shown to increase psychiatric disorders amongst ASD children (there are excellent peer reviewed journal articles regarding the use of ADHD medications in ASD individuals). To summarize, his recommendation of contraindicated courses of treatment is of great concern as is his cavalier approach.

Other doctors had up to a year long waitlist, but Dr. Rios got him in quickly and was very thorough in his examinations. We went back on a few different occasions, and received a diagnosis very quickly. Overall, he was friendly, worked well with our son, was patient and was very thorough in answering all of our questions as anxious parents. The office staff and billing process was smooth with no hiccups. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Rios if you are concerned about your child's development. We are planning on coming back for a follow up!

He has over 5 life threatening food allergies and is being treated by an allergist while more are being discovered and he is receiving treatment. My allergist was surprised our pediatrician didn't prescribe us an Epi pen even before what they said were unnecessary tests to get the referral. I never raised concerns about this oversight but I raised concerns to his doctor about a pause in his schedule since it's all immune related BUT I was shut down instantly and felt the very hard vaccine Push which led me to keep quiet after. (I was wanting to talk about recommendations regarding the CDC guidelines of immune compromised children and her thoughts for my child as an individual patient). They then dropped BOTH my children as patients after this however citing "philosophical differences". This practice feels very rigid and greedy to me. A different Dr at this office was rude before my child's circumcision at the hospital when I was alone without my husband or a nurse. He did not do a great job on the technical part and it led to issues with his skin down there but I felt our doctor kept covering for him. It made me lose some trust months ago. I'm very unhappy with this Keller office and it's just not for our family. I hope this office reads this review
