And if it was up to owner residents would only be allowed to be in rooms 7 minutes for all care. Impossible to care for residents thoroughly these residents deserve the best care not worried about if someone is going to check on them throughout the shift. They have lived a long prospering life at the end of their life they should be cared for truly. Very few caregivers actually care for the residents. And the ones that do care get accused of not doing their job. Overall not a good company to work for or care for residents. Please take your family members elsewhere to get the quality care they deserve.
