I will say there was one aid Cody and a nurse named April that did an amazing job and when on shift would ensure to respond to call lights. Many of the other aids and nurses could be heard saying just turn the light off they will be fine. Care was subpar. A rabid dog gets better care. Do not bother complaining to management as they say write a letter and then sweep it under the rug. Ombudsman was of no help as the rep I spoke to stated that they have never heard or seen any wrong doing. Do your research. I have sent formal complaints to Magnolia Holdings the parent company.

He was seen on September 3rd, the doctor told him she wanted him to have lab work done before she would prescribe any insulin, and when he went to make a follow up appointment they said" Ok we'll see you in 3 weeks. " My friend said, "If I don't get my insulin for 3 weeks I'll be dead." The receptionist told him to go get the labs done and then call in for a follow up appointment. He went directly to the lab afterwards but the doctors office was closed by the time he got out of there, and it was a Friday. So, as soon as they opened he called for a follow up appointment and was told the doctor had prescribed him insulin the day he was seen even though the doctor herself said she wasn't going to prescribe anything until the labs came back. Went across the street to the pharmacy and was told the prescriptions were sent but had no dosage instructions so they couldn't fill it until they heard back from the doctor which they hadn't yet at that time.Went back to the doctor office and was told the labs came in so he'd have to see the doctor before they could resend the script & they didn't have anything until the next day after lunch time(1:00pm). My friend agreed to come back at 1:00pm and this time the doctor said they would send the prescriptions over to the pharmacy right away since he'd been out of insulin. I took him back to the pharmacy and was told there was never any record of anything being sent to them for him. These people say that they care about their patients, THEY LIE! The only thing that they care about is taking your money! These people won't even answer their phone for patients even though they have NO patient's in their clinic! They do not care that they're putting someone's life at risk at all!! They claim they called in his prescription September 3rd and today is September 10th and the pharmacy says they have absolutely NO record of a prescription in his name at all! I called the doctors office while at the pharmacy and they surprisingly answered the phone,what a miracle that was, and she said " It says right here on my computer it was sent there to the Rite Aid pharmacy right across the street. I dont know why they say they don't have it, they have done this before & I don't know why they say they haven't received the prescriptions. Tell them it was sent to them electronically. " The pharmacist at Rite Aid was very rude also and would not talk to the person from the doctor's office on the phone directly herself to get their miscommunication fixed so that my friend could get his insulin. I don't know how these people can sleep at night knowing they have put their patient at risk of going into a coma or dying. This office should be shut down completely since none of their employees do their job properly or professionally. I honestly don't know why they have been able to stay in business for as long as they have. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!! You'll be better off going to the E.R.

She has been seeing Susan for 7 months now and she has made so much progress! Now at 1 year of age, she is able to sit alone, play with toys, roll, crawl and pull herself up to stand! The gap in my daughter's delays and her age is closing. We are now addressing standing and walking. My daughter is always happy to see Susan. She is always so productive during her therapy sessions (except when she is hungry or tired) She literally loved Susan from day one. I trust that she will meet all her physical developmental milestones with her. She is consistent, dependable and loving. She has tons of experience. She is a mom of four herself. Hilariously, if you get the Nursing "Supervisor" Serena Boorman, you will get to act as her therapist for the entire visit as she complains about her fibromyalgia and that her pain is worse than her clients but she can't get a diagnosis and is forced to use the Med-Spa in Chico for chelation therapy. You'll also get the random butt dial from her car during her road rage incidents. All that said, for Skilled Nursing, the nurses are excellent.
