I will say there was one aid Cody and a nurse named April that did an amazing job and when on shift would ensure to respond to call lights. Many of the other aids and nurses could be heard saying just turn the light off they will be fine. Care was subpar. A rabid dog gets better care. Do not bother complaining to management as they say write a letter and then sweep it under the rug. Ombudsman was of no help as the rep I spoke to stated that they have never heard or seen any wrong doing. Do your research. I have sent formal complaints to Magnolia Holdings the parent company.

It took well over an hour and it got to the point where even the lady at the front desk had to go check why i hadn't been called back yet. Once i finally got taken back i was in the room for not even a full 3 minutes with the Doctor Justin. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence and kept talking over me as i was trying to explain my symptoms. He told me he was prescribing me an antibiotic that does not work for me as he was opening the door to leave the room. I explained that I've taken it many times before and i no longer respond well to that medicine. All he said was "thanks for letting me know". He did not explain or say anything about the alternative medicine he would be prescribing to me. It then took the office over 6 hours to send my prescription to my pharmacy. I had to call them 3 times asking them to push it through because i was in pain and needing my medicine. I just kept being told that it would "only take a couple hours". Finally once i was able pick It up is when i found out he prescribed me something completely different than what he told me in person in the office. Overall i felt extremely dismissed and unheard. I left extremely upset.

She has been seeing Susan for 7 months now and she has made so much progress! Now at 1 year of age, she is able to sit alone, play with toys, roll, crawl and pull herself up to stand! Hilariously, if you get the Nursing "Supervisor" Serena Boorman, you will get to act as her therapist for the entire visit as she complains about her fibromyalgia and that her pain is worse than her clients but she can't get a diagnosis and is forced to use the Med-Spa in Chico for chelation therapy. You'll also get the random butt dial from her car during her road rage incidents. All that said, for Skilled Nursing, the nurses are excellent.
