Had I heard that sentence, I would have stood up, thanked everyone for their time, and walked directly out the door in search of a business operating somewhere closer to reality. She told me it would be like 5-7 day turn around and I explained to her that it was an urgent matter because the doctor saw something in the photo of her eyes and was looking up sickle cell and that I had a doctor's appointment the following day, so I needed the records. Even after I explained the urgency she said there were people in front of me also requesting records. Later that day she emailed me stating it would be $25 for the notes from that visit. After this I was then asked to wait in the lobby. At 2.40 (my appt was 1.40) I still hadn't been seen (A full hour after my appointment time). I left. I explained why and was told 'Sorry about that'...no explanation as to why I had had to wait so long. I had been going there for glasses for years and they have previously been decent but sadly I'm done with waiting that length of time. People have lives and things to do. I don't set aside an entire afternoon for a routine eye exam. Extremely disappointed but I doubt I'll be back.
