When I asked If they could touch up all my nails they just kept filing and filing my cuticles to get the polish off, only for my cuticles to still be covered in polish. I also have a piece of fuzz on every one of my nails that was just covered with polish. I can confidently say that I would have done a better job on my nails had I done them myself at home.
