I also ordered some ranch dressing on the side to dip the okra and chicken in and it was made from scratch ranch dressing and some of the best ranch I've ever had. The roll was like a breadstick and it was freshly baked, served hot and may have been made from scratch. It was a really good hot roll. Overall appearance was that it looked like it has been around for a while but had a cute, country diner vibe going on. I give them place a solid 4 because the food is amazing, service is fast, employees friendly and the atmosphere is great. My favorites are biscuits. Before I moved to NC in late 21 Hardee's was my favorite. It seems others agree its very noticeable if you go in the morning at this location because Biscuitville parking lot will be overpacked while Hardee's next door only has a few cars here and there. Both are great restaurants, biscuitville is just on a totally different level when it comes to breakfast. Back to my one complaint, the chaos; there is no clear system in place and when the place is packed it's hard to determine where the line starts or exactly how it moving both inside and drive-thru. It is often so congested with lack of proper lay out or communication that customers are left to develop their own systems which does not end well. I don't go when it's like that anymore for this reason. I do take advantage when is not congested.
