Green chile burger, mustard and ketchup killed the green chile flavor.

Expected better. The All American Burger was exactly like a McDonald's McDouble, but with better ingredients. It was good, not great. Green Chile Cheeseburger had way too much mustard and ketchup so you couldn't taste the chile. Good was priced well and came out quickly. The crinkle fries were very good.

    The spicy original burger

Really good burger. The spicy one is the best. Service was fast and it was ready quickly. Also enjoyed the old car outside the restaurant.

Solid food, quick service. For some reason expected a larger menu but it was mostly burgers and fries. Really glad though that they had gluten free bun options; it was more crumbly than the traditional bun but nice that they offered it. They also had grilled chicken instead of fried if you ask. Pretty standard sandwich, not too special but hits the burger/sandwich craving I think. The loaded fries were great-- didn't care for the sauce, but loved the caramelized onions. Drink containers were super large.

Came in for some donuts and was not disappointed! Debbie's has their own little donut bar where you can choose from multiple glazes and toppings for your donuts. The donuts were fluffy on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. A dozen was about $15. The cashier this morning was super kind and polite. We were too indecisive on what combinations of glazes and toppings to do and told her to just do a bit of each and they were delicious! I really loved the diner aesthetic. Such a cute place and there's a good amount of seating! Not to mention they also have a drive thru, a plus!

Debbie's is a staple for our yearly trips up to Lake Granby and Grand Lake. If you're heading from/to the Denver area via Hwy 40, be sure to stop by. Situated in a desert valley landscape, you roll into Debbie's believing you've entered a 1950's California drive-in. While they seem to have foregone the roller skates for a drive-thru, Debbie's still holds its classic charm. Seat yourself inside/outside the restaurant as well where the staff are sure to keep the sparkly red booths squeaky clean. The food never disappoints. For those non-beef eaters, an array of chicken hand-helds are at your disposal. For everyone else, Debbie's supplies smash burgers on a classic potato bun littered with shredded lettuce and their signature sauce. The crinkle fries are hot and salty, and the milk shakes are perfection. I always judge a place like this by whether the strawberry milkshakes have strawberry chunks, and sure enough my shake did! Not to mention they supplied compostable straws! The only suggestion is a ketchup pump rather than ketchup packets, and perhaps considering the switch to Coke from Pepsi!

Family favorite! My kids beg to stop anytime we go to Grand Lake. My kids love the burgers and the shakes but the spicy burger is the best!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start--especially when my wife was deciding what to order. They even suggested the option of getting a half burrito for half the price, which was a great tip and much appreciated. She went with the Mama's Burrito (with bacon), and I had the Christy Breakfast Burrito. We both had ours smothered in the green chile (pork) sauce--highly recommend. Both were excellent. The chorizo in the Christy was especially well done--full of flavor without being greasy. My wife loved hers, and the half portion ended up being perfect. We also had coconut lattes, which were smooth and really well balanced. Even though you order at the counter, the staff checked in on us several times, which added a nice personal touch. The space is bright and welcoming with lots of natural light. It's in a strip mall, but being on the end gives it a more open feel. The Southwest, slightly kitschy décor fits the vibe well. We noticed a steady stream of regulars and to-go orders, which says a lot. Places don't stay busy--or around this long--without doing things right. If you're anywhere near Granby, this place is absolutely worth a stop.

The experience I had at this establishment was deeply disappointing and honestly unlike anything…read moreI've encountered before. Our group of seven set out to enjoy a meal together, but what we faced instead was a cascade of errors and outright disrespect from the waitstaff and management. To begin with, the server mixed up an order, which admittedly could happen in a group our size--but the nature of our requests made the errors easily avoidable and, just as importantly, simple to correct. Five of us ordered essentially the same thing, differing only in small details like scrambled eggs with or without cheese. When we politely pointed out the issues to the server, we were met with an unprofessional and rude response. At one point, he even went as far as telling some of our party members that they needed to "pay attention." This attitude alone soured the experience, but things only deteriorated further from there. For instance, when one person's eggs--which had been incorrectly prepared with cheese--arrived with no cheese, we kindly requested they be remade. Shockingly, the waiter refused outright, stating he would not redo the order nor remove it from our bill. If that wasn't bad enough, he went on to suggest we would receive poor service like this regardless of where we dined--a claim entirely untrue based on our many other dining experiences elsewhere. Given the escalating tension, we asked to speak with the manager to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the response was even more disheartening. The waiter brusquely declared himself to be the manager and outright refused to take any action to address our concerns. Hoping for someone with more authority to intervene reasonably, we then requested to speak with the owner. However, the owner was equally dismissive and maintained that his server couldn't possibly have spoken to us in such a disrespectful manner--even going so far as to deny any wrongdoing entirely. When I pointed out that the server's behavior suggested he might have been having a bad day but ought to remain respectful to customers regardless, I was met with indifference. I tried to explain how critical customer service is--especially when tourists like us choose to spend money supporting local businesses--but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Ultimately, things reached a breaking point when another guest at the restaurant ask us to leave, as no resolution. It was such a shame because, truthfully, the food itself was quite good. Unfortunately, no amount of culinary quality can compensate for the poor treatment we received from both staff and management alike. To think that we originally planned to purchase some of their locally made jam as a show of support for their business--it now feels inconceivable that we'd contribute any further after such an appalling episode. To sum up: while the food may meet expectations for taste, the dismissive attitude makes this establishment one to avoid at all costs. If you value being treated kindly or even with basic professionalism, steer clear and take your business elsewhere where it will truly be appreciated.

The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to ask questions and resolve my issue. Instead of trying to assist, the staff were rude and unwilling to address the problem. What concerned me most was the way I was spoken to and treated, which came across as discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome because they are from another state. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.
