It took them about 10-15 min to make all 3 of our baked potatoes and they even had a line when we went. Definitely recommend that you check them out. Make sure you have an appetite or make sure you share with a person or 2. Not sure how long they've been around or where else their truck posts at, but I would love to come back. The fish taco was battered in a light and crunchy batter, topped with crunchy cabbage, pico de gallo, and pickled onions. The chipotle sauce and sour cream on top of the tacos transports you to the streets of Ensenada. Definitely will be coming back. I also tried the shrimp burrito which was exceptional. The burrito was placed back on the grill to crisp up the tortilla slightly and ensure all of those juicy contents staked within the flour tortilla.

The menu was straightforward and reminded me of In-n-Out. I ordered a double smash burger combo with cheddar and came out pretty fast! The fries were thinner than expected and had a good crunch to them. The burger was standard and was something I would eat again, but wouldn't actively go out and crave. Parking in this area is in the dirt, and had plenty of space around 5pm. There was some music playing for the area and there is plenty of seating especially for groups of 2-6. Overall, I was really looking forward to try this place and enjoyed it for the quick service, ease of ordering, and the fries were the highlight of the meal for me.

The Chicken Swarma sandwich called my name. I cannot believe how fast the service is here. It's so fast, you might think the food would suffer, but you're wrong. The Chicken is tender and the pita was stuffed so full, I folded it open and ate it with a fork. It was a nice day and I enjoyed my lunch watching the world go by on 20 the & H. It has an outside cafe vibe that I find pleasant. The Fox theater is nearby and the main fire station is right across the street. Being a food truck you don't get amenities like a washroom. The sandwich is juicy and I always seem to make a mess. But this is nothing a towelette in the glove box can't fix. If you're looking for tasty Mediterranean food at reasonable prices, and you're downtown, you can't go wrong with Pita Paradise.

I ordered the plate with Bistek ($1.50 additional charge), Ginataang Sitaw & Kalabasa, White Rice and Pancit. My wife got the bowl with garlic rice and pork liempo and we shared two pork lumpia. We also got Buko Pandan drinks and Sago Gulaman and thought both drinks were generously sized. We all enjoyed our food and will def be back to try the Sisig! This place is by far one of the best Filipino food places I've had. What stands out is the tastiness without it feeling overly heavy/greasy/fatty. The customer service is great, the workers really make you feel welcomed and ask how you're enjoying the food. The ambiance is really nice. From the mural, to the decor, to the chairs it's intentionally designed to have that Filipino feel. The air conditioning was blasting and fans were on to make us feel as comfy as possible while enjoying the food. I wish there was a Sarap closer to where I live, but it's a must visit every time I'm in Bakersfield.

The thin rice noodles were so good, with layer and layers of complex flavors. You need to try it. Thank me later. The Chicken Afritada is dark meat chicken chunks, potato, tomato, and mild spice. I loved it. I ordered pineapple pork because it was made with pork belly. The pineapple made the pork tender and melt in your mouth. So good. My friends all loved their food as well. If you are any where near coffee and olive, drop by for some really good Filipino food.
