Tonight they catered for our group of around 50 people. The food was tasty and they did an excellent job. Definitely find them and have a yummy meal with them.

We ordered the Bakersfield Picante noodles and the Hibachi Shrimp. Now some of the reviews on here are claiming small portion size. Well let me set that record straight. The bag was so heavy I almost dropped them when he handed it to me. Now to the food. I'm going to start with the rice and move my was up. First. Wow. It's really nice to have someone who really knows how to make fried rice. Moist without being greasy flavorful and plentiful! Next came the veggies, a great mix of carrots, zucchini , bell Peppers and onions. Cooked and crisp at the same time. Perfectly seasoned and not mushy. I was impressed.... Moving up the ladder of delish I had the picante noodles... and I must say.. simply amazing. Soft to the bite and perfectly chewy. Covered in a picante sauce ( hence the name) that was just short of sublime. Now. The star of the show. The shrimp and scallops. Cooked to perfection and PLENTIFUL! there was as much protein as there was veggies...It was amazing. We had the Hibachi shrimp as well... everything I just said about the Picante noodles... goes for the Hibachi. ( saving you a little time here) So if you are looking for fantastic food, and want to support a VETERAN OWNED LOCAL BUSINESS! This is the place. Great food. Great service. Get down here already! P.S. I didn't take pictures of the food because I was Hungary. Next time!!!!

Let me start by saying - the customer service is phenomenal! I messaged the restaurant on…read moreInstagram asking about whether or not the hummus has pine nuts in it (for allergy purposes) and they got back to me right away to confirm that it doesn't and that they don't fry in peanut oil (yessss!) (They did warn that their food contains sesame, so please be cautious if you have a sesame allergy!) I decided to try them out and OH MY GOODNESS is their food yummy! My coworkers and I ordered through Doordash and we had our food in our hands in about 25 minutes! (And that was food for 6 people!) I was impressed at the speed, especially since this is a food truck! The chicken shawarma was delightful and the falafel might have been the best I've tried in town! I ordered the chicken shawarma platter and got a side of hummus for my table to share. The platter was a generously filled plate of food - I couldn't even finish my rice! The platter came with chicken, rice, salad, one falafel, some kind of yummy sauce, and a pita bread cut into nice little pieces. One of my favorite parts of this plate was the little fried pita bread crouton things on the salad... They were so yummy! While the food is a *little* on the pricier side, it's 100% worth every penny! Give them a try!

The Chicken Swarma sandwich called my name. I cannot believe how fast the service is here. It's so fast, you might think the food would suffer, but you're wrong. The Chicken is tender and the pita was stuffed so full, I folded it open and ate it with a fork. It was a nice day and I enjoyed my lunch watching the world go by on 20 the & H. It has an outside cafe vibe that I find pleasant. The Fox theater is nearby and the main fire station is right across the street. Being a food truck you don't get amenities like a washroom. The sandwich is juicy and I always seem to make a mess. But this is nothing a towelette in the glove box can't fix. If you're looking for tasty Mediterranean food at reasonable prices, and you're downtown, you can't go wrong with Pita Paradise.
