As a first time home buyer, they were not only patient with my million questions and requests -- they walked me through the process start to finish and made sure I understood everything that was happening. I would absolutely recommend them!

My husband and I were looking to sell his first home and purchase our first home together. We were stressed out that we would find our dream home and not be able to sell his house OR would sell his house and be struggling to find a home we wanted to move into! That wasn't the case thanks to Alex and his wife Lauren. They helped make this huge life transition of ours as painless and seamless as possible. Thanks to the Glaser Team's excellent photos, marketing and professionalism...my husband's house sold in 2 days! We moved into our new home two months later and the timeline was absolutely perfect. I would absolutely recommend Alex whether you are buying OR selling and absolutely if you are doing both! FYI, they also give back to our local animal community with a part of their profits. Big heart eyes for these guys.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after our experience, I feel it's important to share…read more We rented from this company for eight years. Throughout our tenancy, communication was often poor. It was difficult to get responses when maintenance issues arose, and after moving out, communication regarding our security deposit was also lacking. We asked questions about the deductions and never received complete answers. We worked hard to leave the home in good condition. The house was vacuumed and generally cleaned, and my husband mowed and maintained the yard the day before we moved out. We expected some routine cleaning after eight years, but we were shocked that only about $600 of our approximately $2,000 security deposit was returned. Many of the deductions appeared to us to be for normal wear and tear that naturally occurs after an eight-year tenancy. We were also charged for landscaping even though the yard had been maintained before we turned over possession. Our experience left us feeling that the deposit deductions were unfair and that our concerns were not taken seriously. Because of the lack of communication and how our move-out was handled, we cannot recommend renting from this company. We encourage prospective tenants to thoroughly document the property's condition with photos and videos at both move-in and move-out and to keep records of all maintenance requests and communications.

However, (and the reason I'm only putting 4 instead of 5 stars) is that they will try and push you towards their "preferred" businesses for title, warranties, etc. Just be cautious is all I can say. Please don't make the same mistake we did, and do your research into these companies. It's not exactly clear what kind of partnership, agreements, or kick-backs they may be getting for pushing them. The decision is, of course, always up to you as the buyer. Shop around, compare prices, read the small print, and when someone at the agency hands you a paper to sign saying this is our preferred business for x,y, or z, tell them you're going to shop around first. On that note, Cinch home warranty (their "preferred" or "recommended" warranty service) has been an absolute nightmare riddled with incompetence to deal with. A proper review of that scam will be put on their respective sites and the BBB, but for JFP, it should fall on them to recommend the best, not just their partners, especially to new, first-time home buyers. Again, stay far, far, far away from Cinch for your 1st year home warranty.
