They properly edge with trimmers, they always use a blower and remove grass from all walkways, driveway, decking, etc., and use sharp blades when cutting. I had a area in my backyard that was all dirt and I have children that play outside and I knew I couldn't grow any grass there. Charles Nelson came out and suggested playground mulch. His team came out and put the mulch down and did a fantastic job! His team also aerated our yard last fall and our grass look great! They have done my fall aeration and seeding for years, and after two knee and two hip replacements did my leaf removal and mulching in 2023. I gifted myself a break from mowing this summer and Stepping Stone has been providing consistent services. I like that the team arrives the same day every week and would call ahead before they come. My lawn and sidewalk are free of debris or grass clippings. They offered help to remove one of the dead shrub and it was done professionally. Stepping Stone does not take responsibility for any damage they do. They sprayed Roundup on windy days not only killing weeds but killing plants and bushes. I complained several times. But spring on windy days never stopped. I asked them to call me before they came so I could bring my dogs in the house. This was an inconvenience to the owner. The last time they were here they left my gate wide open and my dogs got out. I do not recommend this company at all read more
