I would give less than 1 star if I could. This business and the manager are the worse ever! I have a list of things that were suppose to be fixed during the year I rented one of the property's they handle. Just posting a warning not to use this business for any reason. Well that is very interesting Lisa because my townhouse didn't have central air working for three weeks in 80 to 90 degree heat. It was over a week before I even had a return phone call from you. Can't speak on their management of properties with tenants already in them but trying to rent a property a month out of your move-in date is impossible. I currently live in Henrico and being that it is the end of March and I am moving in the beginning of May, I have started the process of securing a new place to live .The particular house I was interested in renting and have been watching on Zillow has been on the market for over 6 months but they refuse to work with me on a move in date of one month away even after I offered a deposit and agreed to move my move-in date up 10 days(and pay rent in two places) to accommodate them. I can't imagine anyone paying them to manage the rental of their house would be happy to hear that they are turning away deposits and interested tenants after the house has already been sitting vacant for 6 months. Disappointing but feel as though I dodged a bullet renting from these people. read more
