Then when the roof caved in because they cheaped out on installation, they took two weeks to send someone out to repair the hole in our ceiling. When the mold problems came, it took three weeks and a legal threat to get them to send anyone out to remediate the mold. The place we rented was the worst house I've ever rented and also the most expensive. Beware.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
