We had multiple offers and sold quickly. Buying was slightly more difficult. We had sometimes less than 15 minutes to make a life long decision! We saw many properties and got beat out by all cash offers, over asking with waived inspections. With the clock ticking, and us needing to move, we finally found the perfect home! Lindy guided us into making a well thought out offer, that was accepted immediately. She did all of this while in the middle of a pandemic and while dealing with me being pregnant! She is a saint! We will forever be grateful for the care, kindness and patience she showed my family. Thank you, Lindy!

Jackie was the 2nd and last realtor with whom we met. We didn't know exactly how we were coordinating my wife's retirement, the sale our or San Diego home and the purchase of a home out here, but after an hour long meeting and some delicious muffins, we knew Jackie was the right realtor for us. She completely understood the logistics and rolled with every proposed change to our timeline and purchase plans. When the time finally came, Jackie was always accessible and willing to make the trip to the more rural areas outside of the city. Thankfully, we didn't need too many trips to find our home, which drew offers from other buyers within hours of officially going on the market. Jackie's realty expertise, knowledge of the community and willingness to work late into Saturday night allowed us to put a competitive offer together. Three weeks later, we moved in! Jackie not only made the home buying process simple from start to finish, but she did it with a genuine passion to find us the perfect home. Choosing a realtor requires a bit of a leap of faith. I'm glad we took that leap with Jackie Main. She's definitely earned our recommendation.
