We then had to relocate out of state and they sold our house in October 2011 in 2 days. They hired professional stagers for both properties and helped us get the properties in top shape. Here we are in 2021 buying a new house with Scidney as our primary agent. He is the most patient realtor I have ever met. He worked with us at every demand, he is so knowledgeable about what to look for in new construction. I think he even shocked the builder with how much he knew. If we ever have anyone in the RVA area looking to buy or sell a house you should call MMG and listen to what they have to say they know what they are talking about. Thank You Scidney for being with Joe and I on this journey on purchasing our retirement home. We appreciate you, for all you did and is still doing to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. I listed conservatively because I wanted people to look and bid it up. The agent only pulled 1 recent comp and did not think I could get what I was asking for. I told Bernette I had just replaced the water main line and she didn't even know what that was. I requested it to be added to the MLS and the preliminary documents did not reflect what I had requested. I was also told they could list with a few photos and then add more later. The situation then changed and she said I had to wait. The house was listed Friday before Easter and I felt forced to accept an offer after only 2 days. The in house closing company who works with them also screwed me over and was not ready with documentation. Lastly, Bernette asked for a review a week before I even closed.
