Tried this place out this morning and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had a bit of a morning rush so ordering was fast paced yet efficient. I love this place! It is a wonderful addition to Redlands. The pastrami and lemon are my favorite. I also really enjoyed the Carmel latte. I have been here a couple times now and something that really stood out to me was the owner. I believe his name is Nas. Every time I have been in he has been working behind the counter giving impeccable customer service. He held the door open for me once and he seems to be very respectful towards his staff. Deaux doughnuts are incredibly delicious! Got almost all of the varieties and enjoyed them all! Had the chocolate peanut butter, miso caramel banana, lemon ricotta, old fashioned, and orange blossom. Couldn't imagine a doughnut with meat filling and the pastrami was surprisingly much better than any pastrami sandwich I've had! Also brought home another piece and had it for lunch the following day. Air-fried for 5 min and remained as fresh and good as newly cooked one, deliciously fullfilling! We ordered 5 or 6 flavors to try and the only one worth mentioning is the olive oil one. The bakery itself is really nice i really enjoyed walking in front and center you see bakers making donuts. Was super excited to try this establishment this morn only to be greeted by a cashless sign on their door. I have nothing but great reviews for this small business. Let me begin by saying that it is located in a great location in downtown Redlands. The service that I received every time I go is like no other. I am greeted with a smile and great costumer service. The Ambience is calm they have a few tables outside so that you can enjoy your coffee with their amazing doughnuts. The doughnuts are not your traditional donuts, they are more of a cake style doughnut that will have you craving for more. My all time favorite is the bacon date goat cheese, the lemon ricotta and the orange blossom, but honestly they are all so delicious.. I also enjoyed the holiday cranberry ginger doughnut. I'm just sad that I have to wait till Christmas to have it again.. The coffee is a plus and it won't disappoint. I look forward to continue to enjoy the new flavors that are created by Deaux.
