They were rated a 4.0 out of 5. They were located in a neighboring city. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for Monday. No problem! To my surprise, I received a callback that a plumber had become available and could come right then. I was excited to get my toilet situation addressed on the same day. Mark was the dispatched plumber. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to change my push button flusher to a traditional handle one. He also replaced the cap and hoses in the tank to prevent a future call. He even adjusted my water valve to the proper level to have the toilet fill back up quickly. At some point, someone had dialed down the water causing it to fill up slowly. Mark was the man for this day for me! It was the answer for the problem and he was able to eliminate future problems.
