It is because of this passion for wood, we launched Jurg and Sons Quality Hardwoods. Our goal is to provide woodworkers with high grade quality lumber at a cost that will rival ALL competiors.Jurg and Sons is a family owned business. In developing our company we came up with a plan that would allow us to offer the finest wood products at discount prices. We have accomplished this by cutting out all of the middle men involved with the production of the finished product. The fabrication of wood products includes several steps, from the acquisition of quality timber, to milling flatstock, to drying the lumber, and to finishing the lumber to be able to categorize it as s4s. At Jurg and Sons we take the product through the entire process. Every detail during production is watched over and performed by a vested partner of our company. At Jurg and Sons we will be able to provide you with a large variety of wood products including hardwood flat stock, moldings, rough sawn lumber, special cut beams, fireplace mantles and all specialty lumber orders for what ever project you may have...

We knew we wanted Trex. At first we had George work out a 50/50 project to quote. My wife and I liked George right off of the bat. Great guy and knows his stuff. His price was right in line with the others. His knowledge and pictures of previous work, sold us. Once the deck was underway, George made some suggestions. Yes, it was more money and yes, I started to get overwhelmed with cost. That was one me, not George. His price was more than fair. So, at one point, we decided to go "all in" with Trex and lights and nice railings..... George's team was awesome. They were efficient and clean. There was never garbage strewn around our yard. The entire project took a week and the end result was WAY beyond what we originally hoped for. An added bonus was the way George built the support for the decking. Our town inspector put it best.... "The support for this deck is beyond code." When we started planning, there weren't a lot of reviews for Deck Experts which worried me. I wanted to make sure to publish a review for anyone with doubts. I would recommend George and his crew to anyone looking for a deck build or redo. You will have zero regrets and as a salesman, George is informative not pushy. Trust his design and his finished work. You'll be more than pleased with the end result. I had spoken to him and set up the date for July 2nd.He asked to come measure the area hisself and when he got to my house he measured the area and told me what he would need/use to do the fence and asking about how many gates I wanted. He told me he would send me an estimate. He came on Tuesday and I didn't hear from him so I sent him an email and text and finally 4 days later I received a response that he can't do the project because he doesn't have the tools four days before he was suppose to start it. I am not sure why he wasn't upfront and honest with me when he was at my house. I turned away multiple people to give him the job.
