Let me start off on a positive note. The pre-made fence itself is very nice…read more Moving onto the company itself...the owner Javier and his workers are an absolute nightmare. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. From getting an estimate to when the job was done was a complete cluster. After 3 weeks of paying a deposit and not hearing the company I called to get an update. Javier told me "oh uhh I'll call you back". Of course the clown never called. So I waited 3 hours and called back. Javier claims he spoke to "my husband" who told them we weren't available to install the fence the next day....?? I DONT HAVE A HUSBAND. After investigating, Javier apparently spoke to the WRONG customer. Ok fine. This is where it gets good... after back and forth 3 times of telling me they are coming and never showed up....they finally showed up 5 days later at 4:30pm and began installing my fence IN THE DARK AND BROUGHT NO LIGHTS....????..... They installed the fence with no gates because his worker "couldn't see..."? Ok so then these clowns show up the next day and install the gate DURING A SNOW STORM. I literally do not understand this company. Then as the snow melts I see they threw all the dirt that accumulated ALL OVER MY MULCHED GARDEN BEDS. Now my garden has been destroyed. So of course I call my friend Javier once again. Javier claims they do not remove dirt they "just do the fences" and there is nothing he can do. WTF. That is like having a plumber come. Flood your basement. Then say oh well I just fix the pipes. I don't bring rags to clean up my mess. I will never use this company again. HEED THIS WARNING AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As a homeowner of an…read moreolder house for 10 years I've had a lot of experience with contractors and received three other estimates before choosing Fesco. When we made contact with Jonnie in the office, she was pleasant, friendly and thorough. Damian our Project Manager was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He took impeccable measurements and advised us the on the most cost effective and appropriate materials, possible obstacles and options for our property. We also received a very fast and detailed price quote and once the project began, Damian visited to check its progress and stayed in touch throughout. The team consisting of Mario and Rudy arrived within the estimated time for the materials supply to be delivered and we couldn't believe the amount of work they were able to do on a daily basis. They worked tirelessly and with great detail to to every aspect of our wooden fence installation. They were considerate to the fact that we had dogs and made sure to revolve the job around maintaining a perimeter for the animals security. They were also very talented carpenters with the wooden fence and gates having a level of craftsmanship you see in woodcraft magazines. The company mills its own materials and you can see the sense of pride in their product. It's no wonder they have existed for so many years, we couldn't be happier with choosing Fesco. Fesco did not honor our warranty…read more Fesco fenced our yard last summer. The fence was sturdy and good quality but not what we had expected based on their photo gallery and our discussions. Our project manager, David, did try to make it right, but he was only able to offer minimal changes. We decided to leave it as is. Four months later, the gate lock broke. David sent someone to fix it, but it broke again soon after, and then David left the company. Since then we haven't been able to get anyone to come out and even look at it. We did a temporary DIY fix for a while (literally twist ties) and then made another push for them to fix it. They've been giving us the run around for 8 weeks, saying they'll call me back, they'll pass along my message, they're not going to be in Westchester for a while, etc. We need the lock fixed for the safety of our dog, so we will have to pay another company to deal with it. We chose Fesco despite their prices being much higher than others (nearly 15k for mostly wire fence on a small property) because we thought we'd be in good hands. I regret hiring Fesco.

I am writing this as my 2 1/2 year old fence is being replaced by a different company. The fence…read morethat was removed was the third fence installed by GM over a 20 year period. The first two were excellent experiences. This recent fence also looked great at first but we saw serious problems develop including sections that were bowed and sections that disconnected from the posts. They refused to come out to fix the early issues so I figured it was time to give up and get something new. It was only today that I was able to see that our issues were due to shoddy installation. First off, they never removed the old posts but just cut them down. If they encountered difficulty driving a post to the correct depth for stability, they cut the post instead of digging. They also left a fair amount of debris in a stretch of woods behind the house. The new fences was a little less that the GM fence but the price includes digging out the old GM posts and cleaning up the old debris.
