I paid a staggering $750 for a service that normally is around $500 thinking that she must be incredibly good. Instead, I learned that Kristen is grossly incompetent. Without my permission, she completely changed the technique mid-appointment. Instead of natural hair strokes, she tattooed solid lines of color onto my face. It left my eyebrows looking severely over-plucked and absolutely horrible. It was much more difficult to deal with this damaging look than to just do my eyebrows with makeup. I wore a baseball cap for days to hide how terrible it looked. Before I was able to even get out of the chair, she shoves a camera in my face to record my "reaction". I just thought, I'll fix it when I get home - but in natural light - I realized it was beyond fixable! When I reached out to let her know I was unhappy with the results, she flatly refused to refund any money and tried to convince me to come back for a "touch-up." That is NOT going to happen!! Luckily, less than four weeks later, the ink has completely faded away and disappeared. I paid for a "permanent" facial tattoo that completely washed out of my skin in a matter of weeks! If I was happy with the outcome, I would be VERY disappointed that it barely lasted a month. She took my money, messed up my face, and the product didn't even stay in my skin. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually respect what you ask for.

Found this one on Yelp and decided to book an appointment. I was happy to see that COVID-19 precautions in place as I am a nurse that specializes in infection prevention and control. Screening was done prior to the appointment. Facemask and gloves used. The place was clean, sanitary, and organized. I was also reassured that blades were used strictly for one person and disposed thereafter. I have to apologize because I forgot her name but she did an amazing job with my thinning and dull eyebrows!! She truly listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. She's also the only one who noticed my uneven eyebrows and explained her plans to fix this concern. A numbing agent was used liberally so I did not feel a thing!! Even when it started to wear off; and believe me, I have low pain tolerance. As someone who is a perfectionist, I loved that she used a tool to ensure perfectly even brows.
