I struggled with how I wanted to approach leaving this review. I wanted to wait for the tattoo to…read moreheal and for my anger to subsided a little. However, I'm permanently branded and I'm sick to my stomach over this. My dog passed away on July 28th, even though I knew it was coming I was still devistated. I had always planned on getting her paw print tattooed on me. Yesterday July 31st 2020 I had someone by the name of will do my pawprint. I was very specific in how I wanted this to look. I brought in my Maggie's paw print and asked if he could replicate it without harsh lines and to keep it light and shaded. I had her actual pawprint as well as a picture pulled up on my phone for reference the entire time. When he was done he barely cleaned off the excess ink and purple stencil. I thought that was strange because every other tattoo I've had the artist make sure to clean it up really well. I made a comment about it being dark and patchy. He stated that it would lighten up as it heals and to come back in for a touch up in a few weeks. After cleaning it and looking at it the next day it's obvious why he didn't wipe up the excess ink and stencil, because it was camouflaging how bad it really was. not only does this look nothing like the picture that I brought in for reference, but you can clearly see harsh lines, some of which go right through the shaded areas. The outside, or border if you will, goes from dots to straight harsh angled lines. Nothing is consistent or organic about this at all. The little imperfections and wisps of hair from her paw print look like random polka dots. Almost 100% of the tattoo is filled in. There's no negative space or area for skin to show through. The reason I got this tattoo was to help with the grieving process of losing my dog. Now I'm feeling anger and frustration that I have a tattoo that looks like it was done by a 7th grader with a safety pin. It's going to cost me hundreds of dollars to have this removed professionally. There's no touch-up or cover-up that is going to make this look the way it was supposed to look. I was told by the doctor I have to let it heal for 8 weeks before they can start the process of removing it. With that being said it's not even about the money, or the facts that it's going to take me a long time to have this removed. It's about the fact that for whatever reason the time and care that should go into a memorial tattoo like this didn't. This tattoo was very important to me. It was a way for me to heal, and now it's just another bad tattoo story that I'm going to have to explain to a lot of people.

We had the idea of what we wanted and in just 10 minutes, we had drawings of our tattoos ready for our wrists. Super clean, professional, thorough and friendly! Bill is an amazing artist and I'd definitely recommend I ov thee dragon!

Body360 - it doesn't even have a flat back or anything to prevent the earring from poking the back of their ear

My piercing was…read moreonly a few weeks old, and I knew there was a risk of the hole closing, so I kept my earring in to help keep it open. When I went back to have it checked, the piercer said the hole was still open but had shrunk a bit and that she would need a taper to get the jewelry through. Unfortunately, instead of guiding the taper and post through the original hole, she ended up creating a new hole without warning right next to the original one. I'm not even sure how this happened, but I left extremely disappointed with the service. What should have been a simple fix turned into a painful new piercing.

We ended up spending a little over $34 for new jewelry. Woke up this morning to an extra $7 charge from Body 360! We only purchased jewelry. We did not get a service and no one helped me swap out my old jewelry for the new. I went to look on their website to see if they mention anything about a tip and only found their facebook page (which I do not have). So from what I WAS able to see, they are having a jewelry sale on 3/13. (Two days after we went in). They could have mentioned their upcoming sale just to have good customer service etiquette or to spread the word. The money we spent is not an issue but an upcoming sale would have been nice to know about, we may have gone and spent way more then! Still not sure why a 20% tip was added for me only purchasing jewelry. Because the worker had to come around the counter and unlock a case?.... if the customer service is great or even good, then a tip is deserved! Not just for someone unlocking a case and then staring at you like an idiot. All in all, unprofessional, not friendly! Not sure why I went back to purchase jewelry... my nose piercing never healed correctly from them years ago!
