march 28, 2026 -- buyer beware!!! alpine heat pumps does not stand behind the products they sell…read more 18 months after purchase, major components failure of the compressor and inverter pcb board. best they could do was, we could get out there in maybe 2 weeks, why don't you try calling.....maybe they can help. alpine's representative had the nerve after it was diagnosed by another company as a known c464 failure problem with samsung to say, "well every now and then you get a bad one, but the parts are covered!" 18 months and a major failure, and we're supposed to come up with another $1,500 to $2,000 for labor and freon. so, they don't service what they sell, moreover, don't stand behind the product they recommended. not to mention that as part of mass save had to have our furnace disconnected and we are stll without heat (april 7) in half the house...tonights low expected to be 25 degrees! going on a week and half of 50% heat, not expected to maybe be repaired on the 14th. they were responsive in taking my $28,000 for the system, and now they will not respond! poor customer service! they take your money and move on! shop elsewhere, and go with company that actually services what they sell and stands behind the products they sell. oh, and they no longer sell samsung....no suprise. only 1 star, because can't give zero.

In 2024 I had Alpine Heat pump install mini-splits at my home in Worcester through Mass-Save. Jason…read morethe sales rep was very dishonest and unprofessional. He (jason) never took out a permit through the City of Worcester. I was notified by city inspector in December 2024. Additionally Jason(Alpine) charged me for four(4) mini-splits and I only recieved three(3) and one(1) condenser. Jason came to my home and I complained to him about mini-splits turn on in the off position. He(jason) stated he would put in a work request ASAP. I didnt here anything for a month until I posted a negative review with Mass-Save and BBB.Do not do business with this company! they are SHADY.

It was a major undertaking - 3 complete bathrooms and a laundry room but she made it all seem easy! It was great to be able to buy tub, toilets, vanities, mirrors, lights and of course all the plumbing needs. I never knew there were so many different styles and finishes for faucets, and tub/shower hardware!! I won't go anywhere else even if it's just to get a kitchen faucet!

I am an existing Eastern customer in Auburn, NH as a member of Our Town Energy Alliance. I…read morecontacted Eastern about also servicing our seasonal lake house in Antrim NH. Because it's a seasonal property, we use very little propane (maybe 100 gallons a year) but Eastern was able to combine the accounts to give us the same pricing from our main residence (1000+ gallons). They assigned John Flannery as our sales guy, he quickly went out to the property to check it out. Then we made an appt for them to deliver the tank and check out the appliances. Their tech (don't have his name, sorry) did a very professional looking install of the tank and even cleaned out our gas fireplace stove to get it lit. He had to install the tank in a different spot because the existing Amerigas tank was too close to the vent for my on-demand hot water heater. Amerigas never ever mentioned that and always filled up the tank despite it being against code. Not the kind of company I want! I would definitely recommend Eastern Propane!

I live at the end of a long dirt road, as some of us on Martha's Vineyard do. When their delivery truck got to my driveway today, the driver got out of his truck to inform me that some of our overhanging branches were making it difficult to get his truck close enough to service our tank. I quickly grabbed a saw and started to cut down the offending limbs. Instead of waiting in his truck for me to do the work, he actually helped me cut them down and drag them to my dumping area on the other side of my property. This is what I call going beyond the call of duty. The best part, he was cheerful and we had a couple laughs. I can't remember his name, but he was the same guy who came to my house within an hour when I ran out of propane on a cold night this February. Now I'm on auto fill and guess what? I haven't run out since. Thank you Rymes, your drivers are the best! Glad I made the switch!
