Umm... it's literally called a CHEESESTEAK. ‍ I asked to speak to a manager and got the exact same response, with not even an apology. I was told they "just updated the online menu." Okay... then maybe the menu should clearly say that cheese is no longer included in a cheesesteak? And if multiple customers are calling because of the change, maybe acknowledge the mistake and apologize instead of blaming the customer. I've never had to specifically request cheese on a cheesesteak before. Very disappointing customer service, especially when the restaurant could've easily handled this much better.
