Last summer, our original AC unit finally died. After providing almost 15 years of service to our home. We called Superior Air and had a new Carrier unit installed in our home. This unit has been stellar in its 7 months of service till last Saturday. We received an error on the control panel and lost all heat to our home. I've live in my apartment for a little over 2 years and I bet no one had ever put in a maintaince ticket to have someone come out and clean the dryer vent. I noticed my dryer was taking 2-3 hours to dry my towels and clothes. I had a repair man come and fix my dryer but the dryer vent in the wall was soo backed up with lint, the dryer was struggling to dry my clothes still. After an hour of Skylar and his partner using a GIANT shop vac thingy, climbing on the roof and gaining access to the vent that way, and even going in my attic, they made sure the dryer vent was COMPLETELY cleaned out! I ran my dryer with a large load of towels the other day and I had no problems! It's like my dryer is as good as new! Thank you guys for your professionalism and being COVID compliant. Meanwhile the renters were hot and complaining. Finally through the grace of God I found Liberty Air. Mathew answered... and I was overjoyed when he said he can come by in 45 minutes. He inspected my air conditioner unit. He explained in detail the damage and his plan on fixing it. He gave me an excellent quote and so I said do it! He was professional and well manner.
