I've live in my apartment for a little over 2 years and I bet no one had ever put in a maintaince ticket to have someone come out and clean the dryer vent. I noticed my dryer was taking 2-3 hours to dry my towels and clothes. I had a repair man come and fix my dryer but the dryer vent in the wall was soo backed up with lint, the dryer was struggling to dry my clothes still. After an hour of Skylar and his partner using a GIANT shop vac thingy, climbing on the roof and gaining access to the vent that way, and even going in my attic, they made sure the dryer vent was COMPLETELY cleaned out!
