That would've been ideal. It's not how it was. There was an overload of Hollandaise and an excessive amount of Tomato Jam, which oddly enough tasted just like Strawberry Jam. So, with the cream of the Hollandaise and the sweetness of the Jam, and it all being way too much..... I could not taste the spinach, nor the avocado, and nor the yolk, which was such a pity because those are all incredible flavours in their own right. Sadly, the amount of Jam and Sauce macheted its way through more than half the flavour profile this dish could've had. It just ended up having a very clear dominating taste of the sweet Jam and the cream of the Hollandaise. That's what it was reduced down to unfortunately for this dish.
