I just want to shout out one employee in particular, Sebastian. Every time I shop at this location…read morehe goes above and beyond, and today was no different. I was in line with my kids for at least half an hour, and just as Sebastian finished with his last customer and was about to go on break, he noticed us still waiting and offered to ring us out. He didn't have to do that, but he chose to help us anyway, and that kindness meant a lot, especially with restless kids in tow. It's the little things that make a big difference, and Sebastian consistently shows what great customer service looks like. I really hope the store recognizes him because employees like him truly make a positive impact. Thank you again, Sebastian!

I bought a love that was delivered to my sisters house and the delivery guys were supposed to take the old couch and they didn't. I was very upset since I paid $150.00 for the old couch removal. I called customer service and a lady named Kim with a bad english accent helped me. She was trying to convince me they had taken the old couch and I was very upset because i was standing next to it. She couldn't help me because she was trying to set a date till next week for them to pick up the old couch. I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to transfer me saying they all have the same system and a manager can't help me. I called back and luckily I got a very nice and helpful sales representative named Carlos F. He was super nice and sweet and overall helpful. He managed to have the delivery guys come back and pick up the old couch. I'm very pleased and thankful to Carlos for being helpful and understanding and for solving my problem.

My son wanted a new sleeper couch for the townhouse they have at school. Cue dad's wallet, but I arrived at the outlet a few minutes after the boys, and the saleslady clearly felt she could steamroll the young men. Then I showed up and she was stupid enough to think she could talk over me, and interact with my son when I was talking to him and his friends. I corrected her mistaken thinking very firmly, but she continued in her rude ways. I told the lads to never tolerate rude behavior when we're the ones spending money, and we left. Half an hour later the boys had their sleeper sofa elsewhere. Hey Bob's...dont hire jerks. You lose business that way.
