I just want to shout out one employee in particular, Sebastian. Every time I shop at this location he goes above and beyond, and today was no different. I was in line with my kids for at least half an hour, and just as Sebastian finished with his last customer and was about to go on break, he noticed us still waiting and offered to ring us out. He didn't have to do that, but he chose to help us anyway, and that kindness meant a lot, especially with restless kids in tow. It's the little things that make a big difference, and Sebastian consistently shows what great customer service looks like. I am a Shipt shopper; so I frequent many Target locations across the city on a daily basis. For starters, this location is actually very organized compared to others. Everything for the most part is always located on the proper aisle. A lot of products are out of stock in the dairy aisle but this has only seemed to be an issue for me during the Pandemic. Don't be afraid to ask an employee to see if there is stock in the back? I gotten pushback from staff at this location but other locations are more than willing. The shoe dept. In every Target location I have ever visited is messy. Unless you visit first thing in the morning. The "shoppers" are to blame. Not staff! Imagine picking up shoes every time a customer tries on a pair & kicks them off. They have one of the best women clothing sections too. This Target always gets the latest styles and new releases compared to others. I give three stars because the lines are ridiculous! I don't know why Target feels paying customers should have to wait in lines wrapped around the stores. They have plenty of staff however 2-3 Cashiers max. With about 6-10 ppl working curbside and pickups. Management here is also rude to shoppers & staff and I despise that. I heard an employee being reprimanded on the floor for using the restroom in a hostile manner because he didn't have coverage. I guess next time he should piss in his pants! Trash is often left in the parking lots but the cart pushers do an amazing job getting the carts back inside. Always stocked unless it's extremely, extremely busy. Finally when ppl say this place is "ghetto" I'm beginning to believe, they are referring to the color of ppl that shop at this location because I have found moldy strawberries in the burbs as well as out of stock items and messy shoes and clothes. read more

While Target is a fine store and doing well to stay competitive when the consumer has more choices to shop than ever, this past experience for a particular product was not a good one for me. I was shopping for a pair of sneakers and was shocked to find that this Target had a very poor selection of men's shoes and EXTREMELY poor selection of sneakers. There was no place to sit to try them on and the sales staff was not particularly helpful. (I ended up sitting on the edge of a riser on which a mannequin stood.) There were only about a dozen pair of sneakers for sale and by luck of the draw, ONLY ONE was in my size. I needed a pair quickly, so I bought them. They're okay, but had I a larger selection I'm sure I would have bought a different pair. If I weren't in a hurry I would have shopped at WalMart where I know I would have been satisfied. This location really, REALLY needs a larger selection of men's shoes! read more

Pressed sensor for help and after waiting 15 minutes and walking up and down isles trying to find an associate to assist me access a $5 deodorant (they are locked behind plastic doors), I left a cart with over $200 worth of merchandise. I will not return. Here's a tip Target execs: If you are going to lock up $5 merchandise for fear of theft, then have the necessary staff available so shoppers like me - who easily spend thousands of dollars yearly at your stores - don't get frustrated and leave. I'm giving this store 3 stars for a couple of reasons 1) it's unorganized and often dirty. 2) Every-time i go there is only like 2-3 cashiers open with a line longer than the aisles. 3) The workers have bad attitude and never listen to me when I need assistance. 4) Customer Service workers take forever to help the customers in line. read more

Lousy Customer Service: if you're a Customer, you're invisible at this Cottman location. Most of the Customer Svc. girls weren't even looking when I was doing Returns: she was yakking with the other cashier, barely saying anything to me as Customer while processing my Returns. Then "Kay" at Pickup was throwing attitude like this business was high school, again not acknowledging or saying anything to the Customer. This Target used to be nice. The pharmacy is great. The pharmacy associate address you immediately. Yet the rest of the store is chaotic. The lines at the registers are getting longer and longer. The return associates have nasty attitudes. They act as if they're doing you a favor instead of providing good service. I see why Amazon is winning. read more

This is a very busy Target, they're always out of stock on items, and always restocking. One item in particular that they almost never have is lactaid milk, which I always need because I'm lactose intolerant. The fridge is always half empty and I'm not trying to get almond milk or coconut milk. Another pet peeve that I have with this store is after the renovations, the prices on the items in the store went up! Cereal is expensive now. The employees always have an attitude when you need help, especially at self check out which I absolutely hate the set up. It's so tight to try and get through to the other self checkouts because of the way they set it up. read more

This has to be the worst target. Not because of the merchandise because they have one of the best target dollar spot sections, but the attitudes of the workers. There should never be a reason that you can hear whole conversations of what the workers don't and won't do at 9 am on the morning. As a Hispanic going to this target we had a very uncomfortable experience with staff when looking around and shopping. Today as we walked in the staff have been following us through every isle we went to for no reason at all. I don't understand if it was how we were dressed but I didn't know you had to wear a suit and tie to be able to go in and shop without staff looking at us as if we didn't belong. Unacceptable, I'd go to the manager but it would get swept under the run without anything being said to anybody. read more

This is my Target, there are many like it but this one is mine. My Daughters love coming here. I usually take them up about once a week. They get their little Beauty items while I get lost in home goods for a while. I love kitchen gadgets and decorative serving boards and dishes so this is my domain. I have a Target card so everything is Free, well for about three weeks until I have to pay the bill anyway. The store is kept very clean and usually very organized. I have seen it messy at times. The staff is friendly and the cashiers are just as friendly, most times. They have a Starbucks inside of the store so you can get your caffeine on while you shop, which is a good thing and sometimes a must. The parking lot is huge. You will never have a problem finding a parking spot. If you live in the Northeast this is a pretty decent Target. read more

Horrific treatment of customers. The pharmacy and staff are amazing, but most all other employees I've dealt with are unprofessional and immature. I've had two cashiers in my last two experiences there who refused to wear a mask covering their noses. One of which who walked away and refused to ring me up because i politely asked her to wear it properly (Covid is prevalent in the city, there's a mask mandate and I'm pregnant). The other employee had snot hanging from his nose and I saw him pick his nose before touching my items. I'll never go here again except for the pharmacy. read more

Very horrible place. Im so disappointed in this location. I have never been in a bad target and always choose to spend more than cheaping out at Walmart due to how clean, organized, stocked, and the excellent training of their awesome pleaseant, always helpful Staff.....that was until I walked in this place. It was horrible, I barely saw any staff on the floor. It was very messy and barely had stock. Their ladies shoe department had shoes scattered all over the floor and on the shelves. It was so horrible, that I couldnt push my cart threw without having to clear a path!!! (I have posted pics of this) I have visited this location more than once to give them a second chance and beceause its less than 5 minutes from my house but now I refuse to go. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one further up the boulevard. They should be ashamed of this. read more

I am an avid shopper of Target. I did boycott Target in the beginning of the year because of the issues that happened with my bank card. But I have since returned. The majority of the shopping I do at Target is for my 9 year old. Recently I have started buying him the Champion products. He loves how they fit and they last a long time. This is a great place to shop, I prefer it over Walmart hands down. Fong is their best associate in my opinion. Always smiling always answers your questions unlike some of her other staff members with their awful attitudes. I've always said if you're not happy at your job you should leave it, it is not other people's fault for your issues in life. It's a basic Target. I found everything I needed for my Halloween costume, plus some sodas and iced tea to bring to work for lunch. The check out lines are painfully slow. There were no attendants for the fitting rooms, so it was easy to try stuff on. They had lots of clearance work out gear, which was a plus. read more

The pharmacists here are great but the rest of the store is a wreck. Clothing and shoes for women have little to no stock and the sections are always a mess. The grocery section is always poorly stocked as well. Some of the staff are rude and one woman who may or may not be a manager depending on who you ask keeps trying to kick me out because I have a service dog. Trying to get help at the customer service desk is hit or miss depending on who's working. The store cafe never seems to be open anymore and the starbucks is always out of something. Unless you're dashing in for something you know they have in stock I'd reccomend that you go to the one on Roosevelt Blvd or the one in Jenkintown. read more

Used to be a great location. Now I go there and the employees are having personal conversations so loud using inappropriate language that my son asks me what are they talking about. Don't expect the online app stock to match in store stock. I look online to check stock and rush over and it's never in stock or employees can't find it. Drove 20 minutes to get here in order to get some laminating pouches I saw on the Target app. The app said that this item was in stock and in isle B20. When I arrived at the store the item was not on the shelf. I looked around for a few minutes since items didn't seem to be organized. Did not find it! I walk around looking for an associate which tells me "I have no idea, I don't have a pda on me" and walks away. I go to customer service and she looks up the item only to tell me it's not in stock. So at this point I've wasted 20 minutes chasing an item they don't even have. I have another item in my hand and I ask if I can pay for that instead. She tells me they're not allowed to ring up anything at customer service. I just left the item and walked out. Rather just go on Amazon and save my time. Btw this store is not very organized. Dear Target located at 7400 Bustelton Avenue, please train your cashiers on how not to complain about not wanting to be at work while they're ringing up customers. It's not a good look. I'm a big fan of Target. I give them hundreds of dollars monthly, however I knew there was a reason I never frequent this particular location. Why must the young lady at the register say over and over, during my whole transaction, that she did not want to be there and how she was going home? And mind you, she was too busy complaining to another cashier to even bother respond to my "how are you?" I'm so glad there are two other Targets in my area to go to. read more

Every time I make the. mistake of going into this Target location, I immediately regret that I did. They're always out of at least one basic item that I came in for. Need milk, bread and eggs? Surprise, no milk in the case! The lines are always super long, too. Combine that with workers who seem to just wander around, talking on their cell phones or to each other instead of stocking shelves, manning the registers, and so on and you get the general feel of the place. Once I saw a girl who was supposed to be putting dairy items into the refrigerated case. She left the door to the case wide open and was standing off to the side talking to her boyfriend on her cell phone. Out of curiosity, I went over and glanced at the thermometer. It read 65 degrees! She spent a good four to five minutes on her call before getting back to loading the case. No wonder they're always out of milk: It probably all goes bad! Finally, the parking lot usually has trash blowing around and carts scattered all over the place. Despite their cart management system, they end up throughout the surrounding neighborhoods. So does the trash. When the store originally came to this location, these problems were among the concerns of the neighbors living in the area. Target assured them that it wouldn't be a problem. Surprise! It's a problem. Do yourself a favor: Avoid this location and go to the one further up on the Boulevard. That one is cleaner, the shelves are well stocked, the lines are shorter, the employees work harder, and the parking lot is clean/well maintained. It's well worth it to me to drive there, even though this one is within walking distance! The chances of getting food poisoning are probably a lot less too. read more

The employees clearly don't give a crap. The store is always a mess. If you dare to enter be ready to trip over shoes and go on a scavenger to find what you need in the pig sty that is this Target location. The customers care just as little, leaving coffee cups, unwanted frozen foods, etc. on random shelves. I'm literally shocked becase I thought Target had high standards. Clearly this location is an exception. I live a mile away and yet drive to the one at Red Lion & the Boulevard instead. read more
