He requested I send pictures so he could see what the extent of the issue was. Once he received the pictures, we spoke on the phone. He took the time to explain everything and educate me. He quoted mye a price. Said he could do it that weekend. He came to my house on a Saturday, took apart the part of the sofa that needed the repair to bring back to his shop.
